I thought he changed his name by Deed Pole to "The BarSteward called Bailey" But WE HATE BAILEY WE HATE BAILEY WE HATE BAILEY WE HATE BAILEY
-
If I remember, TL stated a few days ago that he had spent in excess of £500K because they had put up the money for the playing of the Ted Bates trophy against AJAX. This may be what has put the cost up to 7 figures.

With regard to the press conference we have all been looking forward to:- Simon & Garfunkle - The Sound of Silence

Could we take the FL to court on Monday to challenge their insistance on us accepting the 10 point deduction?
-
I heard its a Strachan and Rod Stewart partnership. Strachan as the owner and Rod Stewart as our manager

Prefer Canasta or Bridge myself, anyway is not Patience just a girls name !!!

Let me have a guess Stanley, you sit behind the goal, and think everyone in the Kingsland are old farts that deserve to pay an increase of £70 on last years prices to pay for the fact we watch all the way through last season as more season ticket holders on on the sides than at the ends.
-
Your living in cloud cuckoo land, most of the people sat in this area are existing season ticket holders and will have bought their season tickets on March Madness 2008 at a cost of about £390, so your advocating a price increase for those loyal fans, get real these are the people the club should be rewarding no penalising.
-
I guess that with Ronaldo going off to Real Madrid it means our new owner will not be buying him them

Kim Jong-il's

You paid, its your toy, ignore fans on internet sites, if they wanted to have the club they should have earned more money so they could have bought it as long as the club is moving forward (i.e. winning games at home) I will be happy.

Great night out except for the wall falling down, nearly all saints, beer in hand on the terrace, it was jam packed and a great night. OH happy days !!!!
-
All hail the Missile our new owner
-
Why the heck are some people wishing the club to be sold on again even before the new owner has had a chance to stamp his authority on the club. He may be similar to the Everton Chairman Bill Kenwright who loves his club and has always helped to keep his club in the top flight. I say we need to look LONG term with our new owner, not all be expecting instant success, build on what we have, look to be out of league 1 in two years if not one and back in the top flight within a further 3 years, as long as the club is moving forward I will be happy, come to think of it just seeing us win some games at home next season will make me happy as that will be an improvement on the dross that a PLC has served up for in the last 2 years. New owner I say welcome you will have my support, I do not expect instant success, I expect to see a slow but steady improvement in the football, and Tony Lynham my thanks for at least helping to sort out the deal that will give my grandson a team to support.

What do you think of the official Saints Aid song?
mcjwills replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
quite impressed -
If the monies owed to the taxman is not greater than 25% of the debt and everyone else agrees, even if the taxman opposes the CVA, the CVA will be accepted. It can only be refused if more than 25% of the people owed money object to the CVA.
-
The only guaranteed way of increasing the support is to win games at home and away playing attractive football unlike the utter dross I've watched for 2 seasons. THey win at home and the fans will come back to watch, they play dross like we have seen they will stay away, simples.
-
Thats very travellist to me !!
-
If I remember correctly 75% of the value of the debt has to be agreed to for the CVA to take effect and therefore the 2 million owed to HMRC is just about 6.25 % of the value of the debt and their objections will not count as long as Barclays and Aviva agree to it.

If you went and read their website you will see that they were put into administration by David Farms Limited not doing a Leeds as you put it Try reading and you may have a bit more sympathy for them http://www.stockportcounty.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10419~1644145,00.html
