As far as I can tell when AM failed to pay the €1.8m to Saints on time as per the loan agreement, Toby's registration is retained by Saints as soon as they pay the transfer fee agreed last summer. In other words, Toby's registration was not theirs to sell - to Spurs or anyone else. I can't see Saints letting this go, as far as I can see they've got AM over a barrel. IMO

I disagree with most of that - if Saints think they are legally in the right and Toby is happy to sign for us, why should they just roll over and be buggered by Spurs? Again.

Well, I see Sky are merging Sky Arts 1 and Sky Arts 2 into a new channel called Sky Arts (such creativity, such imagination!!). So effectively they are dropping one channel and all arts programming is to be squeezed on to the other. And from the advertising on this bold new move we are meant to see this as a GOOD THING. We don't have to search any more, we only have to look at one channel. Hurrah!! Who do they think we are, and indeed who do they think they are? *****z!
