Given that this forum appears to be a one stop shop for all of life's queries, can anybody suggest the cause of an electrical problem? If any responses could be tailored to my impressive lack of electrical knowledge I would be grateful... Last night our electrics went out. I checked the fuse box the main trip would not go back into place. Long story short… after a little bit of fiddling (with the fuse box), it became apparent that it was the iron (Mrs CS had been ironing for a while before the problem first occurred) which seemed to be causing the problem. If the iron is plugged in everything goes t1 ts if it isn’t then all is fine – irrespective of what else is plugged in at the time. Does anybody have a suggestion for what is causing the problem and is there a solution other than “you need a new iron”?

I don't think I've seem MoPo without his interpreter. I can only deduce that the interpreter follows him around absolutely everywhere he goes - Interviews, training ground, the supermarket, at home with Mrs MoPo etc...

I suspect that the concourse would have been redecorated regardless of the Fund. What Saints have done is to find a way to allocate the £200k to something that would have been done regardless, saving £200k for other things. A case of following the letter rather than the spirit of the "law". I seem to remember the board having a pop at the skates a few years back for doing something similar when claiming that the funds from some award or other were "spent" on giving kids free seats (which is actually no cost at all).

The really cr @ py stadiums even have to call of some games because of the weather. Only at the small clubs though.

Ah, but if they only intend to pay 2p in the pound, then that £12k gives them spending power of £600k. Not too shabby in Division 4.

If I have the beta installed but haven't yet received my boxed dvd copy, am I going to still be able to play when I get home or will the beta copies have been deactivated? Is the current beta identical to the (presumably patched) current version of the game?

Given the anal level of "proof" demanded when posters have suggested changing player attributes/ability levels in the past, the evidence for the Club policy is extremely flimsy.

It disrupts the order of the forum giving me OCD issues. Also I am a grumpy man and don't like change.

Tap a talk in its wisdom has decided that rather than just viewing the forum menus as I used to, I now need 4 massive pictures at the top of the screen offering suggested short cuts. Given that these take up over half the screen does anybody now how to make them go away? I can't find anything in options/preferences.

Replacing the words "problem" or "difficulty" with "challenge" irritates the cr a p out of me. "Our challenge in moving this forward is to ensure that when we run it up the flagpole everybody salutes". Grrrrr.....

I didn't buy FM13 but quite enjoying this one so far. Compared to FM12 it is exactly the same game with a graphics update and some presentational tweaks giving additional analysis. I don't know how many of these were included in FM13. Currently about 30 games into my first season and having lost my first 2 away games 4-0 and 6-0 I've managed to spend most of the season in 5th/6th. Dropped down to 8th/9th recently though - not really sure what has driven the change in fortunes. Playing 2 up front from Osvaldo, Rickie and J Rod. I'd say 90% of shots miss the target by miles (crossing the goal line outside of the penalty area) - which is frustrating. Clyne has been awesome as has spiderman.

If you want it now, you could always order from Amazon - get a beta code - and then if you don;t like it cancel your pre-order?

They guy that I spoke to didn't want to go into detail (for obvious professional reasons) but the fact that the work was ongoing implies there must be something to it. No idea when they'll finish. Given that the owners were based overseas it could take significant time to get hold of (or try to) information that they want to look at. They'll have done interim reports but as I said before, they won;t be public. I'd love to be more specific but its a little bit "how long is a piece of string".
