There's absolutely nothing in any of those documents that says that any money is going anywhere. Share capital and the share premium account together represent the amount paid by shareholders for the shares. These funds can not be distributed back to shareholders. The profit and loss account, as the name suggests, is the total of all historic profits and losses - which are available for distribution to shareholders. As somebody has said already, the documents are transferring money from reserves which can't be taken out to those which can. That's it. All this does is make it easier for the owner of the shares to take money out in the future. They could be intending to take money out tomorrow, they could be takin steps now just so that they have the option at a later date - who knows. That said, I am sure that there is debt owed to the shareholders over and above the equity. If they wanted to take money out tomorrow then repayment of the debt would be the easiest (and probably most tax efficient - although I'm not a tax specialisy) method.

Ah, but do you have the same e-mail address as Stanley? Setting up a new e-mail account for a new log in would be pretty easy. They could/should be able to tell from your IP address though.

If the PST are investing £2.47m and the HNWI's £1.65m (Total £4.12m) Then why are the PST receiving 57% and not 60%? (2.47/4.12=0.5995) #Pompey mafs.

So there has historically been "no budget" for repairs and maintenance. Luckily season ticket and "corporate" (lol) sales have been ahead of expectations, allowing the new management team to increase some expenditure budgets. Now which budget should the new management team choose to boost with this new found windwall...? D'oh!

A solvency statement is essentially the Directors making a sworn declaration that teh company is able to pay all of its debts. They are usually made; either before a solvent winding up of a company, or as it appears in your case, before buying back some of its own shares. Why would your company be buying back some of its own shares? It can (in some circumstances) be a tax efficient way of shareholders taking money out of the the company utilising their capital gains allowance rather than income tax personal allowances Or more likely, one of the shareholders wants to get out/retire and rather than the other shareholder(s) pay him for his shares from their pockets, the company uses its own resources to buy his shares back and cancel them. A company isn't allowed to do this if it isn't solvent, hence the need for the declaration.

Given the option of watching thier team play Real or Pomp*y what was he expecting Bompey fans to do? He doesn't elicit any hate from me. He's just a complete t1t.

I also notice that there is nowhere to comment on that story. Maybe too much of a risk that some of teh phew might start to question whether their investment was a wise one. Can't have the #factless propaganda machine exposed.

If the HNW individuals are putting their hands in thier pockets then fair enough. If not then this quote just sums everything up perfectly. Presumably some of the the fantastic things include: Not paying the PAYE Not Paying the VAT Stretching payments to creditors Spending money that will be needed in the second half of the season now - I'm sure soemthing else will turn up to plug the hole. Anyway, I'm sure it's all in the budget.

Andy, How do you know this? Not meaning to be a rsey, genuinely interested to hear if you work/study in a related field.

Wow. They've got a bit of a chip on their shoulders about quality of the league and the EPL's worldwide appeal haven't they!

On a secondment to a New York firm it transpired that one of the girls in their office (a qualified accountant so you'd like to think that she wasn't a complete moron), believed that the only currencies in the world were US$, UK£ and HK$. As these were the only currencies which appeared on the investment reports that she audited she assumed they were the only ones in existence. She'd also assumed that Canadian $ were the same as US $.

JeffSheriff, Owner at The Rockstone, responded to this review8 October 2012 Dear Customer, Averagell? We bought the fish in especially for you as a favour because, you told us that you have an old person that only eats fish and chips. Not a good start for establishing yourselves as restaurant critics. The batter on the fish was dark, as there are a mixture of herbs and spices, and of course, DARK ALE in the batter, as it said on the board. But we'll never know as you finished everything before we could look. You were twenty minutes late for your table and brought less people than you booked for. Which was bad for us as we had to hold a large table on a very busy Sunday for no reason. You were warned, on arrival that there was an hour wait, but according to the timings on the tickets, you actually waited 40 minutes, of the 138 customers we had yesterday, yours was the only complaint. The meals arrived at different times because the kitchen is situated in the pub, and not directly at your table, which means the waiting staff have to walk to the kitchen to get the food, then bring it to your table. This results in a wait of about 19-21 seconds between meals. As for NO.SERVICE. We are a pub, and as such, do not offer table service. But if you indeed HAD been here three times before, as to claim, you must have noticed that by now? If not, you are more hopeless than I originally thought, and for that I apologise. The pub does has been very busy recently which is a good thing but we always try to ensure all customers get a great experience and as we manage these busy periods more often we are always looking at new ways to ensure customers do not suffer any service losses. But with our new found reputation for good food, come the attendant problems of people thinking we are a restaurant. In our pub we have an order at the till system which we operate at all times. We will now look at making sure this is clear to all customers (especially for those that have not been before). Ryan was so apologetic that he was almost crying and his efforts to appease you knew know bounds, I've not seen a waiter ever go above and beyond in this way, especially not to people as rude and arrogant as you. Also, you got a round of free drinks, and money off your bill. The lobster cannot have been dry, it was killed to order, chargrilled and baked in butter. I'd normally look further into this, but judging by your outlook and past behaviour, I'll just put it down to ignorance so we're assuming that you haven't had lobster before. It had breadcrumbs on it , is that the bit that was dry? Now on to the not as advertised pork. Seeing as your spelling and grammar is at this sort of level, I'm not surprised you misread the specials board. Here is how the pork was advertised: Duke of Pork: £9.95 Hampshire rolled pork leg, roasted in bay leaves, garlic, green peppercorns and JJ's Best Press cider. Served with leeks, peas, broccoli, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and a rich, velvety gravy. Which leads me to wonder why you were so surprised when a roast pork dinner turned up? Or were you expecting a whole pork leg? I don't know if you know, but that would have been a bit too big for the plate. I also think you may have misunderstood the rated system on Trip Advisor. Your headline screams AVERAGE...well, it tries to, I'm not sure what Averagell means, and fails, but your rating says terrible. I think we all know which one you meant, but it's obvious you have difficulty interpreting signs and instructions. Utterly disgraceful and confusing behaviour from a table of people old enough to know better. I suggest you go and do a bit more research in the following weeks, and maybe have Sundays indoors from now on. The food names you complained about names are part of our USP (Unique Selling Point) and are what makes us stand out. The names have no bearing on the description of the dish, so they don't interfere with what you are expecting to eat as cooking methods, weights and ingredients are all listed. Fine Regards, Max

Their Annual return (which states who the directors and shareholders are) is overdue. Their first accounts will be for the period to June 2013 and need to be filed by the end of March 2014.

The 'who's been rejected for season ticket finance' thread
Clapham Saint replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
It's probably becuase you couldn't be bothered making any payments until Septmber last season. -
The drummer in the middle (lighter blue shirt) looks like he's staring at the drumsticks trying to work out what the **** they are and how to use them...
-
Do you? In my recent dealings I have definately spent more but the customer service has been hit and miss at best. Going slightly off topic here but "british icon" retailers such as John Lewis and M&S have been trading off thier historic reputations for a whilse now, whilst offering middle of the road service at best. (BTW I don't own shares in www.pcspecialist.co.uk)

I'll recomend www.pcspecialist.co.uk again. I don't know the spec or cost of the machine that you ar returng but I'd be willing to bet that you can get the same specs for the same or less. Online reviews are also excellent. Mine arrive wihin a week and I couldn't be happier with it. Transfered my itunes and other files very easily.

What was that webchat actually about? Did factless give any answers that amounted to more than "I don't really know"?

First 30k or a redundancy payment is tax free. The rest is taxed as normal income.

Do you want to buy from a shop becuase you want it right now, or becuase you want somewhere to go to complain in person if there is a problem? I have had issues with both PC world and Dell customer service in the past after machines have failed just weeks after purchase. It seems that this is not a problem which I have suffered alone. http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.pcworld.co.uk http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.dell.co.uk I would recomend www.pcspecialist.co.uk http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.pcspecialist.co.uk I received my new machine within a week and am delighted with it. They also have some active forums where those more knowledgable than I will give advice on specs (there is also a function in the sales pages to post your proposed spec directly to the forum for advice).

Does anybody on here understand those tweets?

I think you'll find that many parents become regular church goers becuase some schools, despite being funded by the state, are allowed to discrimnate between applications on the basis regular attendance - signed off by the local vicar/priest or (presumably) iman. Asside from the "does God exist" debate this is out of order for a state funded institution but probably another thread.
