Saw him at Hollywood studios in florida in 2004 with the fittest bird, I really couldn't believe it was him so didn't dare speak to him, shame as would have like to get a closer look at his bird. Really was a good player technically, if he could have been given a free role behind the front 2, I think he could have run games for us, work ethic doesn't always win games.

I have served 4 months in a Cat B prison and can confirm it is soft. I was in Norwich just before the tv's and playstations available in each cell was brought in. I served the majority of my time on the drug free wing, and had to be **** tested every 2 weeks to be able to stay on that wing. The other identical wing was full of skag heads, there was no benefit as such to being on the drug free wing other than being away from the the biggest scummy people. The fact they have a drug free wing in prison beggars belief, but believe me after visits, you would only see 10% of B wing out on exercise, the rest would be in their cells off their face. The plus side of prison was I honed my pool skills and also my table tennis ability, I was **** hot at table tennis. I did work in the work shop for 4 hours a day and got paid £7 a week for it, that is a joke really, work should have been for free and give you something to get out of your cell for. At most it was like a holiday camp, I lost 2 stone, toned up on the weights and played alot of pool & table tennis. The most interesting thing was 90% of the people in the prison were there for drugs related crimes, if you legalised drugs or just gave them away on the NHS the prisons would be virtually empty, saving millions of tax payers money and also saving millions of pounds of peoples possessions that are stolen every year and the mental anguish which accompanies it. For me it was my first offence, never been spoken to by the police before and it was violent disorder, i threw 5 drunken punches and at best hit someone on the shoulder and nearly fell in a big plant pot. A new CCTV system made the sentence stiff to prove its worth.

In a refeering course for mini league managers, talking about the offside rule. The bloke doing the talk said "Obviously you can't shoot from an indirect free kick", this bloke in his early 40's, on the course who is going to be a manager of a team pops his hand up and asks "So could you cross it from an indirect free kick?"

1. Davina McCall really needs a punch in the face. Such annoying faces she pulls.....making me angry just thinking about her. 2. That Irish ***t Colin Murray on match of the day 2, what does he know about football?? And he has an annoying voice. 3.Noel "Power 5, he's playing a brave amazing tactical game" Edmonds, its a game of luck ffs.

I agree Special K, alot of the high earners use SBT's & contractor schemes to reduce their tax to virtually nothing. Its all out there, even for people who earn over 50K a year and they will all talk amongst themselves and join aboard the tax avoidance bus.

A striker not being able to score against certain teams doesn't reflect the whole picture. You have to look at the class of player you are playing with as well as against. You drop any really good player into a poor side against an inept defence it doesn't mean they will score loads of goals, as the quality of ball and positioning of your team mates has a massive impact on that. At Southampton he would be playing with players in my opinion that are better at setting him up for chances and giving him more outlets in general all round play.

Well he has gone now so time to move on.

Loads of places to park just off burlington road, only 5 min walk from the ground.

Sunderland are 7.5 to 1 to win away on Saturday. That has got to be worth a punt in a 2 horse race, especially as Liverpool been shipping goals in preseason.
-
Surely we wouldn't buy both, that would be about 8 million, and we would have about 6 strikers.
-
QPR have just signed a defender so maybe Gorks is on way as well?
-
Good signing I suppose, but bit underwhelmed, was expecting Messi...

E-Banks Blake is an absolute work horse, when Wolves beat Liverpool at anfield last season he worked his absolute socks off, he was all over the defence for 90 minutes, still chasing the full backs down in the 92nd minute. Not sure if he is the type of striker that will compliment Rickie though. My Wolves supporting mate told me earlier in the week that he is indeed 3rd choice striker and will start season on bench.

Only problem with him is that Ipswich couldn't afford his wages, so he must be on a right packet.
