How is this guy captain material? He does nothing to inspire the players around him. Ive never seen him bollock someone or take a game by the scruff of the neck. This guy is the engine room... Both our centre mids play far too deep. When they receive the ball they have 2 options go sideways (hammond) or try a hollywood ball to switch play (Schneiderlin). We have become far too predictable
