just came back from the maldives 4th vist love the place pure paradise

i have got tickets in the johnstone paint box who are all leeds fans so this should be fun

no you are wrong cleared funds to meet the outstanding debt has to be paid by the time there go to court other wise the judge will force them into liquidation which is the worse of the three things left open to them.

if its is hmrc it has become very serious and for them to put a petition to the court it could be beyond any comong back, with administration you can carriny on trading but with a peition there is no compan to trade

its either there have had 21 days to pay a debt and they have not, or there have complety ignored it, Either way its serious
