They talk about becoming more involved but the reason we went down is from the decisions they made (no striker and NJ) They appointed NJ as we were not aggressive and front footed enough so they are about to point a manager that likes slow pedestrian possession football 'NJ would have been here longer if he knew how to manage a press interview' - nothing to do with his complete disaster of football he served Everything they have done has been a leftfield gamble - I really hope it pays off but very little if anything has worked so far Lets hope they do leave things to Wilcox and lets really hope Wilcox knows what he's doing

There is obviously a much bigger forum that have chosen Bazunu as there piss take candidate as he's now miles in front Edit: Actually just clicked probably a skate forum
-
He's scored no domestic goals for his club so I think he's one of these modern strikers or wingers that our club loves to buy

Do you live up that tree

Well Alcaraz with his goal, assist and MOM performance is definitely going to be warming the bench for this one to teach him a lesson. Normally if a player scores they are guaranteed to be dropped but not sure if that rule applies to Walcott - probably as the chances of scoring two games in a row is zero

I remember feeling the same about this match as when we played Arsenal on boxing day evening a few year ago and City in the EFL cup this season. Stranger things have happened

Broken ribs for Bednarek
-
one goal from corners all season - spurs have 12 - our corners have been shit all season and dont get me started on those high loopy crosses he puts in
-
you crazy octogenarian
-
We coming for you, you Bompey bastards
-
yeah would be been lol - makes it sound really old hope your not Sarisbury Sparks
-
Ah the good old days - I was there when they were formed - our 1st two games we lost 21nil and then 19nil set me up perfectly for a life of supporting saints
-
I thought Selles was pretty brutal in that presser - he knows this is probably his only opportunity to manage in the premier league and I dont think he wants to mess around Slated Lavia, talked about lack of relationships on the pitch, standards in all aspects on and off the pitch not high enough, certain players not up to it lets hope that translates to a good kick up the arse and the players react in the right way

Given that we cant change the pool of shit players we can choose from and given we will not change the manager - I would at least like to see a change in formation to a 4231 - to give us some width and someone to provide some creativity in attack (possibly Stu) and at the very least I would like to see a change of attitude - to see some urgency like the chelsea away game and god forbid some forward positivity - even yesterday JWP spent most of his passes backwards or sideways even chasing the game with a few minutes to go if someone makes a run in the channel or an overlap on the wing then pass them the fucking ball - its not that hard a concept to understand
-
if he does nothing offensively but is better defensively - why not put a defender in that position to be even better - im sure KWP would be much better in that role
-
Hopefully now he's officially confirmed as manager we will get another new manager bounce and another 3 points
-
I expect they thought there would be less fans singing Nathan Jones your football is shit
-
How about an experienced international that scored the winner in the world cup 3rd place final - the fans from his previous club adored him and his main attributes were that he worked really really hard and had an eye for goal
-
the game Alan Shearer made his debut for us whenever that was
-
im extremely disappointed by that presser - I have still no idea how fit he is or whether his aggression or Xg matches those of the best in Europe Hope Adam asks him at the next presser
-
add to the shambles of Academy and back room staff being in and out and everyone apparently wanting to jump ship
-
Their gonna toss a coin and the loser gets Saints

This is exactly what I my Leeds supporting boss said - he plays no width whatsoever - they play cross field balls which clubs quickly picked up on and now intercept them early which left Leeds totally exposed time and time again but he never learnt or changed things and thats why he was sacked. This issue is so glaringly obvious that I cant believe we could make the same f**K again And I dont understand why we are choosing a manager from the merry go round of failed premiership managers - they failed coz their crap With the wages we pay surely we can tempt a successful manager from a competitive foreign league ala Poch, Koeman, Potter etc
-
my Leeds supporting boss said Marsch was garbage - plays a very narrow 4222 and got found out very early on and had no plan b why cant we just appoint a manager that has not been a recent failure in the prem league
