b*ll*x Messi has just signed a new 4 year contract for Barca - if the board had ambition they would have got him before he resigned
-
Thread count is beginning to hot up now - so I will place my bets for page 44 before we get an official announcement either way

I still harbour bitterness for both Liverpool and Everton for those semi defeats so it was a good weekend all round

I think there is a big game of poker going on behind the scenes at St Mary's - I think that Mopo and 3 or 4 top players are colluding together - I think MoPo and those players know that they are good enough to manage / play for a team that can win things - I think they all know that we are 3 / 4 players from putting in a good challenge. Therefore I think Mopo is stalling to put pressure on to increase the level of investment that will be available for new players and I also think that the players are doing same. what that min level of investnment is the big question - Personally I would say £30m plus the £10/15m we get from Osvaldo and or Gaston

With our squad we really struggled in the middle of the season when we had a few injurys but interestingly we had one of lowest percentages of injuries this season http://injuryleague.com/2014/04/percentage-of-the-season-missed-by-southampton-players-through-injury/ If we had Arsenals injury % dread to think were we would have been with our squad

LOL attending a jewellers in Winchester - I wonder if this is part of the great global commercial drive that Ralph envisaged

If you care to peruse the current top 10 TMS threads then I have 2 and I'm joint top with the fabulous Goatboy. As a late comer to the bored (SB I'm sure you can work your magic on that one) its difficult to work my way around the complex machinations of the inner TMS circle. Its a bit like my attempts to get into the illuminati or the local school mums friday morning group richardc ps I like the comparisons to Malcolm X - my lack of capitals reflects the air of mystery and understatedness that all good stalkers should possess

I enjoy coming in to the muppet show for a quick stalk and hopefully the odd laugh But just now it seems hardly worth it and nobody bothers to post There is only one thread with a comment today and one from yesterday Why don't the mods merge with the Lounge and then we can all have a laugh over there

As if this game evenhad a point in it for us, The FA wants the club dead and it wont be happy until it is, Appletom Whitts and now Barker How can anyone manage a team with the obsticles in front of it impossed by the FA? RB is poor but given the constraints it's no wonder where the club is, The FA is where I'm going to direct my anger as they seem to think a rape victim deserves a stoning. My favorite comment

im actually more upset with the players than the selection - the defensive changes (davis and Hoiveld didnt make much difference as they were not at fault with the goal. Wanyama whilst he was injured was the best midfielder in the team - Jack Cork we meant to be a poor substitute - Now Wanyama's back it is a disgrace that he is playing It wasnt that long ago that Ward prowse was undroppable and the next David Beckham - and the only other change up front was Guly The fact of the matter our midfield and front men were all poor including Lambert and Lallana - they created hardly anything - kept giving the ball away - looked lazy and unmotivated - didnt close down as a unit - it fact were utter dross.
