  1. There is an interesting thread on the Mancs site about this and I thought it would be good one for us given that we are not usually participants in this race- pretty much noone sees Saints lasting the distance Here is my gut feel. Chelsea - nailed on champions City - seem incapable of winning without Toure and I think 2nd place could be for the taking but nailed on for top 4 Saints - pretty much no one sees us keeping up the pace - but we just need to continue what we have been doing and keep our squad fit for 16 more games - no distractions of cups so pretty much one game a week - and not the hardest run in - - I believe Arsenal - quite reliant on Sanchez - still in 2 cups - but playing OK and I think will take 4th Utd - dont seem to play as a team and not playing convincingly at the moment - still have dodgy defence - LVG - not sure of best formation - not too many cup fixtures but hopefully will just miss out Spurs - seem to be riding there luck with lots of 88th minute winners - will be playing twice a week for rest of the season - Liverpool - winning but not convincingly at the moment - still have dodgy defence - Rodgers not sure of formation or best team - still in two cups - difficult run in - but will have sturridge back but probably too late
  2. B*gger me - I didnt realise he was 5 million years old
  3. good article - Please JWP just add a few goals to your game and you will be ace
  4. We have Ikea, Derby Road , St Mary's - what more could any city want
  5. Great contribution to the game - I just wish he would do a bit more shooting practice in training
  6. Have I ever mentioned what a great poster you are
  7. Got to be Utd vs QPR to watch as this is a win win for us QPR lose and Harry given the boot or QPR win and UTD drop points
  8. I hope we dont play three centre backs when only two are natural - I thought Bertrand looked lost as a CB and Targett and Clyne didnt really get forward as they normally would - stick to a back 4
  9. Stoke remind me of a mate of mine when I was younger - He was a complete ugly F** ker but would always chat to the prettiest girls who would invariably tell him where to go - however very occasionally he would pull one
  10. ****dorf stadium home of the Young Boys - never fails to make me smile
  11. Not to kick my dog when we lose
  12. he has really strong leadership and is a rock at the back - just what Liverpool are after - If I were them I would go for Gardos and not Toby who doesnt really have a position
  13. Pre Match report is rubbish compared to Bearsy's
  14. neither Toby or Yoshida looked comfortable as RB - I would give Mccarthy a run out - didnt faze Targett today so give the youngster a chance
  15. he also played on for about 10 mins from the original incident - which obviously didnt help
  16. Bloody fantastic news and about time too
  17. Not unlikely but I think unnecessary Cork is a completely reliable and good Midfielder - who appears to be content enough to be rotated if necessary
  18. I expect that someone else who we sign in the summer will be replacing Morgan
  19. This highlights the idiocy and naivety of not signing Cork on a permanent contract - who would be in if Cork wasnt here
  20. Anyone know when JWP and Davis are back
  21. Gardos and Fonte both unused subs
  22. I think our goals are far more spread out this season and we are not reliant on just the forward three scoring - many of our winning goals have been from midfield
  23. For everyones sanity I suggest that no one reads a newspaper or looks online from now to the end of Jan - I thought the speculation could n't get any worse after the summer but I think I could be wrong - I dont even think our kit man is safe after that training video and the oxygen lol
  24. The key to keeping this team togeather will be to keep Koeman - The players enjoy him and his training - If we lose him then I think we will see a rerun of last summer
