I agree BWP will never be a striker here dispite all his own hype in th Pink..I think the formation used by Jan is our biggest problem. When its not working , it does not change , its this formation or nothing ..at Watford u could see the players gettin confused as to who was meant to where, BWP said in his interview that the lads need to be more aware of where they are meant to be. When it works im sure its good, but we need a manager who can adapt to different situations on the field when it is clear that fir what ever reason ..it is not working on the day
-
Maybe , just maybe ..he is not a lone striker..and get ****e service and support in this formation...the lad has shown he can score goals , maybe in a 4-4-2 formation where he had bags of goals in the reserves a few seasons ago.
-
As we are not scoring golas I cannot see us gaining any thing from these games. 1 or 2 shots on goal , team lacking in confidence, teams already know how we are going to play ...1 up front , tap it about in the centre circle nicely. UNLESS Jan has a change of tatics...6 games ...lucky to get 1 point
-
Im sure WGS is upset his status as a SFC manager is about to crumble
-
When is the penny going to drop ...we are doomed
-
Why don't he change the tatics then..what is there to lose when u r 3-0 down...the man is a 1 trick pony ...
-
When questioned on Solent about 1 up front and 2-0 down , jan said , I dont understand we play with 3 up front , people keep saying this...or some thing to that affect
-
just heard on R/solent..the man sounds broken , apperantly we play 3 up front ..no apology to the fans , that man is the biggest ****** SFC has appointed...he is so far out of his depth it is un real

"Where are you? Where are you? Let's be having you. Come on." Thank you Rupert for your rallying call to the supporters -
I'm sure that Jan had the correct intentions comming to SFC , obviously he wanted to ply his trade at a higher level, what manager don't.However, the step up from Helmond Sports to Championship football is massive. I think his inexperience will come back to haunt him in this league , it will come at a cost and that could be us being relegated. Yes, i am sure his hands are tied , however he came here on the back of his low budget achievements and has to take full responsibilty of results. Making the claim after the Derby game was foolish, aiming targets in public for the next 10 games some what odd. I think the enormity of the task is just to much for him. He has not been under such pressure as a manger and that in effect will have some reflection on the players who are looking for guidance from him , especially when Plan A fails completly
-
Not disputing that , just saying the Jan is responsible for results , he plays his system , not really worked out to be that effective . Irrespective who he can play or not, all managers have some form of restriction who they can play

Billy , I'm sorry but that statement is just common sense...come on get a grip man
-
As it is the start of the school holidays...surely a few under 12's are worth a consideration...
-
Well that is refeshing then ..as all 3 have stood shoulder to shoulder with these youngsters during some of the maulings we have had this season..
-
Well I think that NP always said how it was , I would not consider him old school. In the Echo today Jan is discussing how the older experienced players can help the development of the young ones, big picture of SJ , within a few days he is out on loan....so there is no way Rupes is dictating who stays who goes.....Jan is his own man ........
