  12. A summary of the finances appears in the offer document, and a more detailed set of financial projections with commentary will be added shortly. http://www.communitypompey.co.uk/faqs/ I've just seen a reply to an email, sent to Community Pompey, enquiring when the above information would be available. For prospective investors, here is their reply: Sorry to be slow in getting back to you. I had hoped that I might be able to give you a link to them by now but I'm afraid our lawyers are recommending that we publish no further financial figures until after the court case (13/14th Dec). "The share will buy me the one thing we have fought for over years; transparency. There has been very little of it at Pompey in my lifetime, for one simple reason; you don't grant transparency when you have something to hide." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20452341
  13. I've not noticed this before, apologies if old news Lots of additional FAQs? http://www.communitypompey.co.uk/faqs/#faq34 Including: Page 4 of the share prospectus claims that PST ownership will deliver "a new level of appeal to sponsors, increasing attendances and match day spend". What % increase in each of these core revenue streams has been built into the budget? This season’s average attendance is calculated at 11,500, Year Two plus 6.5% and Year Three plus 8%. Each of the key revenue streams have been assessed separately. The Year One starting point for each has actually been reduced from the previous year and the majority kept flat in Year Two. We have allowed for marginal (single figure) increases in most areas across years 3 and 4, however in general we have taken a very conservative approach on revenue increase. Our expectation is that we can significantly improve on our budgeted figures.

Almost a week since they published the prospectus, still no sign of this information, something to hide?
  16. Your Comments (1) pointer says November 21, 2012 12:58pm If the Pompey Trust pulls this off it will change football in this country for the better - maybe forever. Words like integrity, community, independence, honesty, financial probity will be used again. Everyone in football - even Man City / Chelsea / United fans should get behind this.
  17. 'Failing that don’t forget that buying a match ticket whenever you can really makes a difference. Every additional 1,000 people who attend games over a season will generate £400,000'

  19. Withdrawals will be made possible through the continual investment of new participants and by building up the reserves of PST Classic Pyramid/Ponzi scheme. Any chance of getting your investment back relies on the 'Bigger Idiot Theory', and if you invest in this, there aren't going to be many of those.
  20. I think there should be a more detailed one today. More figures, more fun

  24. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? PST community shares are withdrawable with the consent of the 'PST Board. The Board will not be able to consent to withdrawals before 2016 and there is no certainty, given the challenges the club faces, that withdrawals will be possible thereafter. Withdrawals will be made possible through the continual investment of new participants and by building up the reserves of PST.' Play up Ponzi.
