Went last night and although Martin didn't do anything amazing, he had a solid game against a Prem striker and stood up to the task. If you were Pards, based on Jaidi's shaky start to the season, who would you play alongside Fonte on Saturday? I would stick with Martin.

Sorry- hadn't read this! I have been away on holiday. I had read that plans had been made for the club's future, but not that he knew he was ill before he bought the club- my mistake.

I dont know if this has been discussed and I don't want to offend any one by this, but the thought crossed my mind that maybe Markus was aware of his illness before he bought the club and maybe wanted to leave a legacy behind? Dislocated shoulder can be a nightmare injury due to the four rotator cuff muscles that stabilize the joint. At least one of these will have been damaged with the dislocation and rehab takes ages!

In the premiership I would pay nearly double what I pay for a season ticket now- maybe up to £600?
