I watched Newcastle last night and although they lost, they were quite good at times. With Cabeye and Ben Arfa back, I think they will be OK.

Now we have played everyone and know what our competition is like, who are the worst 3 teams that you think will go down? I would go for Reading, QPR and Aston Villa.

A physiotherapy degree is actually a really tough programme to get onto. I work at an FE college and many of my students get turned down by universities for this as they dont have high enough grades at A level. Nigel might well have done philosophy and psychology A levels and that might be where his inspiration for these quotes have come from!

I honestly think a lot of premier league managers would be too busy to attend an event like tonight. He was there for 3 hours and the majority of the people there weren't saints fans as they come from a college in Portsmouth.

I was just making the point that he seems a really decent and genuine guy- I can't imagine Redknapp or Allardyce giving up their evening to hand out certificates to 16 year olds.

I was at an apprenticeship graduation tonight and Nigel was handing out the certificates to students. He is such a positive and genuinely decent guy- I am really glad we have stuck with him. He gave up lots of time to talk to students and parents- really top bloke!

Going to get slated for this but he looks fairly average to me- I know he plays a different position but he is nowhere near the same quality as Bale or Oxlade- Chamberlain were at the same age.

He will get a warm welcome from me- really enjoyed our time with him as manager.

And McGoldrick after all the goals he scored in our reserves!

I still think Nigel should stay, but I find the shouts for loyalty a bit hard to swallow. Lots of fans were happy to see Deano go to Brighton as he wasn't up to the premier league. Where was any loyalty to our captain who has been with us longer than Nigel? Surely if Deano wasn't up to it and we shipped him out, then the same should go for the manager if he can't cut it at this level? I would like to add, personally, I would rather go down and keep Nigel as manager.

Oh and Lallana should never be captain!

I think this is part of the problem- we have lost leaders on the pitch in KD, Hoover, Deano, Frazer and even Chaplow. They may not be the most gifted players, but they all have heart, passion and would not have put in the heartless performances we have seen so far. I would love to see Deano sat in front of the back 4- at least he would have flattened anyone coming at him to shoot!!
