I must admit, from where I was sitting it looked as if the cross was closer to the goal line before it came 'back' for Guly, but looking at the pictures the Lino probably got it right. Oh well.....it looked a brilliant goal when it happened and we were non-plussed when it was given offside

A Brighton friend of mine reckons they'll probably field a few young guns against both us and Huddersfield, and as long as they do the same for both of us I don't care

Actually, it now means we only need to win one of our two games in hand to go above Peterborough and we have three games in hand over MK Dons and Huddersfield! But hey, let's win 'em both!

On the ref: I said "Oh no!" out loud as soon as I saw it was Atkinson. Agree that some of the decisions were so biased and to be honest I was expecting far worse like a major controversial decision to go against us!

I must admit I thought he was just being honest, and recognised it was only when we tired that their superior quality won through. Aside from that I thought that for most of the game he was only one who looked like scoring for them......agree with Ewell about him being the kind of player we need to look to sign in the CCC upwards. Shame it'll probably never happen. Loved the last line of the OP though. Made me smile! Good on ya!

Good performance. Not impressed with the referee, makes me cross how everything goes the way of the Prem side......proud of Saints, we did well but just began to tire after the first hour or so. Glad there is no replay and in a way glad we didn't win cos of the fixture pile up. Let's ensure auto promotion now!
