We really are out of shape aren't we? I was concerned last pre-season and this that we don't seem to have had stamina work as in previous seasons and it shows. I would have thought it was an obvious thing to do...but maybe only to the Strachans and Pardews!

Sounds like we will get discipline, passion and fitness for starters. Agree it's just what we need!!!!!

From his record Dillon could be a great addition to the coaching team as Asst Manager/First Team coach. I couldn't care less that he played for Pompey if he can do a good job here.... Wonder if he'll be added to the staff today?

Saw somewhere that Markus Bent is being made available on loan by Birmingham. Maybe HCDAJFU in League 1.......what do others think?

Absolutely! and he has tended to be at clubs for 3-5 seasons anyway. He had been at Reading for 5 seasons before he left (albeit 3 as coach). Don't see this as a big problem at all.

I'm warming to the idea. There are not many others around who fit the criteria he will bring and the Reading incident aside (and he was there for 5 years if you include his time as a coach before he left) he has stayed with clubs for 3 or 4 seasons. Could prove to be a very astute appointment. Looking forward to some new signings!

Something I'd like to see in real life too! My son was over there and was around for the scheduled original launch on Sunday but then missed it because of the delay I saw it 'live' on NASA TV via the web. Still pretty awesome. At one point it was doing as much as 8000 mph and increasing........

Recently watched NASA's greatest missions on cable/satellite and it has been absolutely brilliant to watch, showing just how NASA learned from the results of one mission to another till they finally reached the moon. It makes perfect sense and shows how it became achievable. I was 12 years old when it happened and I still find it quite moving and inspiring even to this day. I think I can understand why those who were born after it happened could go to one extreme or the other ie disbelieve it, or just see it as no problem at all in todays society.....
