I thought he looked solid and dependable throughout.....and I keep replaying that goal in my mind and on the recordings. I was pleasantly surprised by his performance and think he definitely deserves more game time based on last night.

I too would love Bournemouth to come up, they were my home team when I started going to football matches. Then someone took me to see Saints....... Derby and Ipswich to join them for me.

I trust the manager to make the best decision, he is very experienced at the highest level and a true professional. He knows the player and the conditions that have led to this. Looking forward to having Tadic back refreshed and in good form again!

Really? I think S-Clarke is one of the most sensible posters on the board. I remember him getting a bit frustrated towards the end of the window but we were all probably starting to feel a little anxious that things were taking such a long time weren't we? That's the closest I can remember to him being reactionary. Usually reasoned, and fairly knowledgable I would say. I don't Know the guy personally but I always look for what he posts as a pretty good indicator as to what most reasonable fans would be thinking. Find it interesting that you should think otherwise, or maybe the indicates you were joking? Anyway, that's it for now. I don't comment that often but wanted to respond to that one......

If anyone could have kept Fulham up it was Magath. Not very fashionable but very intelligent....and effective. That would be an interesting appointment. Very sound I think. Koeman is the flair element. I would take either I think.
