Fonte has unfortunately been acting the big I am since winning the euros. Tried to get the club to pay him more than they think a 33 year old cb is worth, then when we stood firm he reckoned he could get a big money move somewhere big. The big move didn't happen as all the big prem clubs value him the same as we do, by then he had already burned his bridges here so had to take what he could get. Sad wayfor someone who could have been a club legend to leave but greed is a funny thing, i wont boo him when he comes back but i certainly wont treat him like a returning hero.

Because the ticket office is run by incompetent morons. I missed out on an Inter ticket (my own fault), however a few days later Saints facebook announces a few tickets with restricted view have been put on sale. THeses are the seats right at the front so shorter people may be blocked by the advertising screens, not a problem for me. So I phonr the TO, only to be told 'sorry we don't know anything about it'. But you've just put in on facebook that they're for sale. 'Sorry, no ones told us anything about that'. Watching the game on tv there were plenty of empty front row seats. Useless.

They were on it all day. 3 were arrested in the top of town at 11am and it carried on from there.

Whilst I am all for giving a manager time I am very worried. Under Poch, Koeman and even Adkins to a degree we played a high tempo, pressing type of football which this guy seems to have come in and ripped up. All we've heard the last 5 years is the Southampton way this and the Southampton way that. Well at the moment that seems to have gone out the window. I'm very concerned that its totally clear to anyone with half a brain that his preferred system doesn't work with the players we have available, but he plows on with it rather than changing the system to suit the players we have. Whilst I agree 3 games is no long enough to judge a manager sometimes an appointment just doesn't 'feel' right from the start, for me this is one of them. I hope I'm wrong but I have a horrible feeling our recruitment people have got it wrong this time.

Can see Radio and West Quay taking a massive hit here. streamline won't be affected as much as most of there work is long term contract stuff. Door 2 door live off the NHS contract so doubt much will change there. Are ATS still going? Probably won't be for much longer. Very glad I'm out of the trade...

Amazing day out, just brilliant. Fair play to Mane, I've been one of his biggest critics but he did much better today, Wanyama MOTM for me though, changed the game by breaking up everything coming through the middle

Had it been a game changer I reckon the card would stand, I can't see them opening themselves up to any kind of legal comeback that a club might try to bring. Imagine if that decision happened on the last day and led to a club being relegated, the fallout for the PL after a rescinded card could be massive.

I agree that they're only human and will make mistakes, however questions need to be asked when a so called professional official makes a decision so glaringly bad that the entire ground can't quite believe what they've just seen, which is what the Mane red card was.
