I really hope not, I thought he'd given up when he'd 'secured the future' of the Athletic Football Club of Boscombe and Bournemouth. The Captain of my pool team seems to make his living selling dodgy DVDs to the locals and he couldn't be further from Chinese than Mulder and Scully
-
Jut listening to Pulse and there's the bit with Hawking saying How coincidental is that to this topic?? Also has anyone considered the damage that LLS could have done when he was Hawking (that name again) around RL's shares like a dodgy DVD salesman at you local market!!
-
I don't necessarily agree with the bit in bold (I would persoanlly replace with has without doubt flattered to deceive) but in general I agree with what you say
-
Slightly off topic, but feck me Scott that is a minging avatar!!

And that's helped Leeds (who were bought back by Ken Bates), and Bournemouth and Luton and the list goes on Has the knee jerk sale to SISU helped Coventry, nobody has them down as Championship pretenders. It's a fallacy that going into administration will solve all (or even any) of the clubs problems. The very least it will do is rid the club of the current divisive shreholdings, and don't forget RL and MW could themselves buy the club out of administration, what would you think of that??

Maybe his style of play doesn't suit the new system Maybe the kids have shown themselves better in playing the new system than him. He wasn't being played so he would avoid injuries in order that any potential transfer(s) wouldn't be scuppered. For mine, and what I have read, the youngsters seem to adapt better to the new system and want to play it. As for your question of how we can encourage him to take a pay cut to move. Maybe not playing him would give him that incentive (hold on, it hasn't worked for other players so I guess not!!)

Told you I was wrong from http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/?page_id=10215

Nah, he's too busy having a threesome with the American bloke that can't die and his Welsh Secretary!! Anyway if they do create a black hole it will takes years for it to start sucking in all the matter on this fair planet of ours. It won't be instantaneous. Of course there is also the rasiation that comes from a black hole that we have to worry about. Where exactly is this thing buried anyway??

I don't think it's going to be done on a match by match basis. If I understand it correctly (and I very rarely do) if they get a number of consecutive matches with high gates (read nearing capacity) then they will look at the corner situation again!! So I guess we need to get gates of 25K+ for more than 5 consecutive games this season for them to be reopened!! And then for the gates to be consistently high!! From Steve Grant's earlier average gates post the average in the CCC seems to be about 22K. So unless there is a huge change in on-pitch performances it just ain't gonna happen!!

I wasn't going to this year as apathy (and the new season) have crept up on me but as I've had a couple of requests to run the comp again this year I have decided to spend my time at work updating the entry page and not doing what I'm paid to do (not that I do anyway)! If you feel that you know enough about the CCC teams and feel confident about where Saints and the other 23 teams are going to finish the season then why not carve them in stone (or should that be align some electrons in silicon) for all to see... Go to http://www.bobjbain.com and click on the image at the top of the page to enter. There are more details on the entry page about the scoring system for those that have not entered before. I will be accepting entries up until the Brum match next week.....sorry you haven't got long to enter but, as said before, the new season has rather snuck up on me this year!!

Which one http://www.bobjbain.com or the link on the Saints logo??

I have run this in previous years and have been a bit slack in getting updates out but I promise to be better this year....

Will download a CSV to your machine....import it into the calendar of your choice!! Goes straight into Outlook, notes and others may need feilds being mapped (not that I persoanlly know how to do that)
