With our current squad, even without Saga, Rasiak, Euell, BWP and Kelvin.. We should be a major force in League 1. The key is not how much money we throw at players etc, but making sure that we get the right manager in place, to make the most of the ones we already have. The last few seasons have seen teams like Bristol City, Swansea and now Peterborough promoted from L1 with young, ambitious managers that have created teams that can immediately challenge for promotion to the Premier League. If we end up spending big money (which I won't object to) it will have to be on players that are, or will become consistantly good Championship level players. Most seem to be in agreement that what is really missing is a strong target man.. if we are able to bring in someone like Jason Scotland, and a manager with real potential, then I see no reason why we can't get promoted this year.. even with -10 points

Tugay worked with Souness at Blackburn and I think he played for him while Souness was managing in Turkey.... it's a longshot, but it's possible that this is linked to the suppose 'Souness consortium'

I can see why he has been compared to Alan Hansen... very composed, appears to read the game well and actually plays the ball along the ground, which is a rare thing in the CCC. Would like to see him at right back where he would have more of an attacking threat. On the basis of one game I would happily sign him up for the rest of the season. It's such a strange feeling actually walking out of SMS with a smile on my face, I think that this could be a very special season
