I went to the final last year as my best mate is a Luton fan. It was a great day only marred by the amount of empty seats 'cos it is a mighty big stadium. The Luton fans were outstanding to be fair. As for David Luker, on my dealings with him, he is very good at his job.

Orlando in March in a villa with all the family. Got a cheap all inclusive deal for Egypt in October, hope it's good as never been before. Got £500 knocked off the web price by going in to TC, thought the web was always cheaper? Will try and get a last minute deal for a caravan or cottage in the summer hols as we like to stay at home then. Had a lovely place in Burley last year.

Sorry I don't agree with some of what you say. The law does protect everyone, however, there are circumstances like this where the letter of the law is applied when it defies common sense. I do agree that the issue of self defence needs further work. There is a difference between self defence and retribution. This is often confused by people who aren't familiar with what the legislation is.

I think it is one of the tenets of democracy rather than a basic human right. Going to the states for Easter, but flying with Virgin so from a selfish point of view, I hope not much happens at all. Not sure that striking actually resolves much though, may buy them a bit of time to delay any changes, but don't big companies often get their way in the end?

No they wouldn't, but alot of proactive coppers could probably find the grounds as the term is so ambiguous. It would obviously be down to the individual as to where he got his grounds for suspicion from. Agree with Wiltshire, wires are being crossed as to what power or act is being used for search powers. This ruling was only about terrorism as the powers are almost draconian, and many individuals would probably agree with the strength of those powers. The Human Rights Act gets alot of negative press, but it isn't all bad, maybe a politician with balls needs to try and tweak it abit for what the electorate want, but that wouldn't be east at all.

Oh my days, thats more like it. Won league 1 at first attempt. Im joint top in December 2010 with Blackburn. Like it says on the packet really, you score loads but let quite a few in so goal difference may not be great. Top players are Ched Evans, who I got for £6 million and Morgan.
