  1. I thought McLaggon looked a bit lazy. I guess he doesn't have experience, but he just stood up front and waited for the ball to come to him. He didn't provide much of an outlet.
  2. It's not over till it's over. We took it to the last day last year, we might do it again this year.
  3. I dunno why we don't play him up front. He is a striker not a winger. He scored twice against Reading away playing up front, didn't he?
  4. Dyer looked awesome on the highlights. Were they playing him up front? Why does he always look lightweight for us yet looked strong and quick for them? We need him! Love the goal. Made my weekend!
  5. It is odd that Davis didn't feature... maybe we were seeing if Forecast is actually any good before deciding whether to sell Davis?
  6. Swansea fans rate him I think. Just needs someone to believe in him. Go Nathan!
  7. Whitey: I am inclined to agree. It is already too late now.. even with a new manager I just can't see us picking up the points. We've wasted too many of the "easy" games and lost two major home games against people we should have beaten. We don't deserve to stay up on that showing.
  8. Looks a definate improvement over Lancashire. But why we switched to a back three during the Doncaster game I will never know. I didn't understand it, and by the looks on their faces i'd say the players didn't either. Clueless tactician.
  9. The midfield in general was a joke. A left midfielder on the right side, a striker playing on the left. Schneiderlin is over rated and very poor, Surman is also guilty of misplacing a lot of passes. Attacking teams just go straight through us because neither stand up to them.
  10. Yep. It was clear they were as confused as the rest of us. How can they have faith in Jan now?
  11. £15 million? He is improving. But I think that's a bit over the top. heh
  12. I always thought Euell was a striker, but then he came and played in midfield. As far as I am concerned we'd do well to put him up front, since we are paying him that much. Why not play him? Who is going to want a player who isn't even playing?
  13. McGoldrick is a waster. I have in my head a particular chance, can't remember who against, but he was cutting in from the right with only the keeper to beat and he tried to lob it into the far post (a little like Robertsons goal for us) and it inevitably sailed over. When it surely would have been better to just slide it past the keeper... Very frustrating player.
  14. The must win home game against Forest turned out awful for us. The difference this time is we are going into the game on a win and we have a couple of more experienced players in the team including a couple of defenders. On paper we should beat them. Let us hope that Jan can motivate the players unlike last time. (Though didn't that match follow the team Christmas party in Ireland?)
  15. You are correct
  16. It wasn't pretty. But the game could have gone either way. How good does it feel to have a win!!
  17. Get in !!! Dmg!!
  18. We have to get the ball down and start playing. Frustrating that we can't seem to play a ball forwards dangerously.. we can't create anything proper... despite possesson.
  19. Solent just said he went to Forest Green, played 4 games and then dropped out of football. Now plays for Saints.
  20. Saga hasn't done much. But then we've not created that much?
  21. Defence still ****e then. I guess it's their first game together. Goal dissallowed for Barnsley.
  22. Sounds like all Barnsley so far.
  23. i am optimistic about tomorrow to actually. which is unusual for me. must be the crazy weather.
  24. Certainly worth a go i'd say.
  25. There is no decision to make. He MUST play.
