  1. Hey guys! Thanks for all the messages! Would be great to see you guys at the evening! Cheers Rory!
  2. I have to admit that someone harmlessly suggesting a player who scored a hat-trick (or triple) in an international "b" match could have been met with such negativity! Does anyone remember a certain Saints hero scoring a hat-trick for the England B team??? I think it's a bit strong disregarding someone for their terminology or their colloquial dialect, even if what they are saying is true. I would love to have a player that can score from free kicks!!! AND the fact that someone (can't remember who) said that he has had trials at Celtic and is wanted by two top Dutch teams, might suggest that TT might be right. so the racist pillocks on this sight that know fu(k all about football, but think they know more than someone who lives in a country where football is not the main sport, should maybe take the advice onboard, disagree more respectfully than just disregarding what someone said because they are American or live there!!!
  3. Just loked at his stats on espn and he has scored 3 in all competions this season from 19 games (including sub appearences), 10 last season from 33 (no sub appearences). To be honest he looks like more of a worker than a goal scorer... But to be honest I'm willing to give the chap a try!
  4. yeah he also took the mick out of Matt Le Tissier watching the Leicester game yesterday, saying that "he better get used to the standard the way Saints are playing. Not being harsh to the supporter, as I count myself as one of them". It seems that everyone outside the running of the club knows what is wrong and the people who are running have not got a clue. Which is a shame... to say the least.
  5. You know we have only won 1 game at home don't you?
  6. All I can say is we seem to play well against the top sides... That might bne the mentality of the younger players/team thinkintg that the club is still big and we will walk on the opponents... Either way something/someone has to give as we are up **** creek without a paddle or a proliffic goalscorer. Last year we got out of it because of Stern John, this year I can't see any of our other strikers scoring regularly. Bring on United...

  8. 3 hour train journey from Kemble at the moment, but I'm going to the Reading away match. Wooo! COYR and stuff.
  9. Cheers, noted.
  10. Gamsi, for me. I think that Lowe had the best plan: we can't afford the best players in the world so we will make them. Unfortunatly us losing our premiership status has forced our hand in selling our best crop (I think Walcott would have gone by now anyway). However, his plan is coming through now and we are functioning on our youth team, with a shoe string budget. I would like to think that we will get promoted and when big clubs come in for our first team, many who have had come form our academy would be loyal enough to stay at our club and repay the investment we have made in them. This may seem like utter bull-poop, but look at Bourgh 2 of their best players Downing and Wheater are loyal to the club, both turning down chances to sign for Arsenal and Liverpool respectively. PLease tell me if I'm chatting sweaty ********.
  11. It should be You're a retard. Otherwise your suggesting that he has a retard in poor English.
