West End Saint

I hope we get another full house and a pumped atmosphere the way we are playing at home I think we will be favourites and Leeds will be worried we have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I am looking forward to this 1

Just had a look on the Tranmere forum and they are fearing the worst they are keeping there fingers crossed we wont be able to play our passing game on there pitch. I hope there fears are well founded and we get the win it will give us a great platform for the Leeds game (will the Leeds game sell out ?) I would take any win but I think 2 0 to the mighty Saints Lambo brace the Tranmere fans say on there forum he always score against them COYS

He was quality last nite some of the tackles he made were just brilliant Morgan can go on to be the complete midfielder whenever we win the ball our players look for Morgan he is bossing games and it is fantastic to watch I love his range of passing and composure on the ball top notch

The good thing is we dont have to sell so if anyone is going it will be on our terms and we will get good money for them. I think AP did a great job keeping Lallana this season he and Morgan are the players that will have teams looking at them I think AP will hang onto the players he wants to keep by being able to guarantee the best players a 1st team spot and by giving them the chance to develop in a team capable of winning the league. We have all the trappings of a prem team with the training ground St Marys ect they play in front of big crowds and can earn decent wedge it would take a lower prem club or massive CCC club to tempt any of our players Dont forget we have been getting CCC players to sign for us Saints is a great place to be right now stable and heading in the right direction

I think our squad would cope very well at CCC level look at Liecester they have done well after stepping up. Davis Harding Fonte Jaihdi Lallana Morgan Puncheon Hammond Lambert Connolly would all do well in CCC 1 or 2 quality signings and we are going to be a decent side with goals in our team

Agree with OP he had a great game he is a big lad no lightwieght winger good goal caused havoc yet another quality AP signing. The whole team played well but special mention for Fonte (class) Morgan (bossed the game) Ostenwotsits (much much better) Lambert (the number of flick on he won and his hold up link play immense deserved his goal) Barnard (great 2nd goal another good AP signing) I could of mentioned a few more we played that well but these players are the ones that stood out for me on a decent pitch we have got a lot of quality

Morgan is class you could always see that he had talent he and lallana are our most gifted players and both have come on leaps and bounds this season it is nice to see proper footballing talent coming good in this league I have been so impressed with both. All our play comes through Morgan he dictates the play and tempo and for a young lad it is impressive when ever or who ever wins the ball 1st person they look for is Morgan. Dont under estimate how importaant Hammond Morgan is twice the palyer with Hammond in the side.

I have had a blast this season home and away we have our club in safe ambitious hands decent Manager excellent squad for this level we are stable and going forward we have also been treated to some great performances and a cup final. If offered that at the start of the season we would have been chuffed to bits when you look at the blue few we are in a very good place

Leaving at 4 pm really looking forward to it no team is going to just let us walk away with the points but if we play well we should have to much for Wycombe we need wins so I hope we just go for it COYS

I have to agree with you would be ace if we did pull it off but I just can't see it. However it ends up we have been treated to a brilliant season and next year with no points deduction I would expect us to go up

I am going 4 of us leaving at 4 pm I hope we get a repeat of Saturday's result looking forward to this another tick off the list COYS

Love being a Saint even when the sh1t was hitting the fan i was still going because I love going to footy and watching my team but this season has been great. So pleased we are getting our day out at Wembley thought our team and support was immense against the Cod Snoggers 3 30k + games this season if we keep the mometum going good things are round the corner. Whilst the Prem is the promised land I love seeing us win and next time we get there we will be able to compete. How lucky are we compared to the Blue few wouldnt swap places for all the Tea in China Up the Mighty Saints

Just going through the process for my Daughter she has been accepted at Cardiff Sheffield Southampton & Leicester but was rejacted by Bristol she wants to do English. We went to the open day at Cardiff Wednesday at it looked good and she likes it I really hope she decides to go to Southampton as I have a feeling it will be costing a bomb if she go's away. I am not looking forward too applying for the finance side of things none of my immediate family have been to Uni so it will be interesting

I think we will win as someone has pointed out we played well against Birmingham & Ipswich the skate are a CCC side in waiting and we are a CCC side in waiting. After tuesday the pressure is off us and all on them we are going to Wembley no matter what and we are free to play our game at home I think we will win 2.1 COYS lets whip the Cod Snogging Freaks

Get a grip people it was always going to sell out & has a lot of families will give this a miss two sell outs in a week I think our support this season has been good

Good thread well done how good is it to be a Saint at the moment we are very lucky to have the owners manager & team we have got I am loving my football home & away cant wait for Saturday.The pressure is off now we are going to Wembley we can get into to Skates and have a right good go COYS. On the way home last nite we were saying if after the points deductions bad start admin ect if you were offered JPT final 5th round of the FA Cup against the Cod Snoggers and a outside chance of the play off's you would jump at it how far have we come I have to pinch myself so I know I am not dreaming we are being treated to a hell of a season.

Jaidi Harding Hammond make such a difference thought Harding had a great game and Jaidi is a man mountain you have to go in a new post code to get round him stick with this team

I cant wait to get down the ground I have been like a cat on a hot tin roof all day PLEASE PLEASE lets do these and get to Wembley havent been this nervous since Sheff utd at home what i wouldnt give for a couple of early goals so we can get the place rocking and enjoy it. I am with you on this my friend if we can take care of business tonight it will be party mood for saturday. I am so nervous I cant wait to get down to the ground come you Saints dont let us down after all the sh1t of recent seasons a day at Wembley is just what we need to celebrate the new era. If we get the result we need I can see a massive feelgood facture coming in to play Saturday and then we will smash the Gippo fence lickers The team for me should be Kelvin Thomas Fonte Jaidi HARDING (please) James Wotton Morgan Lallana Waigo Lambert I think Wotton in to break up play so need Harding at left back and Waigo's scoring record in this comp means he should start I dont know why but 2 0 to the mighty Saints come on lets have it !

Cant agree with the OP Fonte is quality Seaborne looks a good buy to me Barnard proven record at this level I accept that he is yet to do it for us Puncheon looks good I am not sure about the right back from Norwich as yet but I think the players AP has brought in are very good. I agree we should have got a centre midfielder in but with Hammond fit I think he and Morgan can do the job. I think AP needs to find his best 11 and get them playing to many changes for me at the moment I know a lot of that is because players are cup tied ect but if we get back to a settled side we will do well. For a start we need Harding & Hammond back in & could really do with getting Connolly fit.

The draw was a fair result we should have been 2 up 1st half they played much better than us 2nd half and dealt with the rubbish pitch better than us. We need Hammond and Harding back in the team Mills is ok and good cover but it is time to get Harding back in the side we miss hammond James is ok good cover for 2 or 3 positions but we are missing Hammond big time. Puncheon looked good in places should have scored but looks a good buy Seaborne & Fonte did well. We will need to play much better if we are going to have the week we all want COYS

I agree with you however I have seen us promoted and seen us win a trophy but I was only 8 and would like to see it again how good would all 3 be. I think the play offs are out for this season and I really want to see us at Wembley so I would take a win or draw against the Dons over beating the skate but I have a feeling we are going to win both UTS

No doubt it will take a few games to start playing well Pards needs to get his best 11 on the field and get some games this weeks full week training should iron out some problems looking forward to seeing us click into gear. UTS
