Way to early for must win games however if we are going to win the league we need to win the majority of all our games. More importantly it would be nice to see a full house as a tribute to Markus and see the team deliver a performance he would be proud of.

Top post I go with my Dad who is in his late 60's my Brother & Nephew and we enjoy every minute of our time at footy watching Saints live for today and never put a limit on how much fun you should have. I am truly gratefull to Marcus if we are put on sale today what a legacy he has left no debt well run and going in the right direction he has secured the future for this and future generations of Saints fans we are very lucky to have had him as our owner. What a shame he wont be here to see his dream achieved.

Nail on the head from what I know about Tyson he could be cover for Lambo and has the pace we lack did he not score a loy of goals in league 1 for Forest ? As Bert says if we get him we are a quality centre midfielder away from a very very strong squad with cover and competition in all positions. It is going to be good time at St Marys the future is bright in red & white COYS

If you are getting rid of players getting contracts terminated so you can get below 20 players and bring in better players you are cheating. I hope the FL dont put up with any of your ducking & diving if you have 20 sh1t players you still have 20 players deal with it we did and got relegated I hope you do to.

Yes we could have sold more if it had been handled better. We have sold more than last season probably 14000 + by the start of the season not bad for league 1 would liked to see at least 15000 + but hey ho never mind. We havent seen sales as low as some predicted but they could have been a bit higher get over it ffs

Happy with this good cover for right back and midfield nice to get some more experience in the squad well done Saints. A quality centre midfielder some pace and some cover for Lambo now please and I am a happy camper

They are in the poo playerwise there best players will be sold to get them off the wage bill and that leaves them with not a lot kids and a few loans that FL might let them have. As we found out to our cost the Championship is a very unforgiving league you need a team of battle harden pro's that have been there & done it at that level & they havent got that & I cant see where they will get them or if they will be allowed. They also been used to losing a lot of games it will take a change of faces and a lot of hardwork to try and change that I can see them struggling next season and getting relegated again with or without a points deduction. A nice 17 point deduction would be the icing on the cake for us.

Not worried yet I still think we will get some new players in but we are after quality players that will improve our squad. Maybe some of the youngsters are going to be good enough to make the grade Martin, Chamberlin, McNeash Mills & Holmes should all have a part to play. I do think we need at least 1 quality centre midfielder some pace in the team & cover for Lambo and i will be disappointed if we dont address that before the start of the season.

Come on the tax man please let them have it, I so want them to get a points deduction next season then I can sleep easy knowing the cheating cod snoggers are not going to get away with it

I don't think the gap between league 1 and the championship is all that great, look at Forest & Liecester they both did well with largely the same teams that got them promoted. Also Swansea, Bristol City & Donny have done ok in the ccc after coming up. I think our 1st 11 would do well however we would need to add to our squad you would like to think we are going to find out sooner rather than later

Thank you Marcus we know how lucky we are to have you nice 1 centurian. When you look at the mess the cod snoggers down the road are in without Marcus that could have easily been us we are very fotunate.

I really do think we will win the league there are no excuses we have the team we have the manager we have no points deduction we have the belief it has to be our time. I think we will sign another 3 or 4 players before the end of the month which will give us the depth we need in the squad in Pards I trust. I am not expecting it to be a cake walk and in the bag by March but I do think we will win the league we have the best team we now have a winning mentality I can't wait for the season to start. COYS

Good news top quality player and our other strikers can learn from his finishing and movement sounds like he wants to get in to coaching. I can see him coming on as a impact sub I reckon he will get 10 to 15 goals next season.

If he stays free from injury Lambo will be the man he is a goal scoring machine as the song goes. It will be interesting to see if Lallana can get as many goals next season getting to 20 last season should really boost his confidence fingers crossed

I would like to see Pards re sign Murty (if fit) he was class at the start of last season great leader on the pitch, Connolly great finisher would also help improve the younger players and get Antonio back either signed or on loan pace & power improved a lot over the season and he scores goals. We must sign a decent right back we also need at least 1 quality midfielder (Nicky Butt Niel Dans Brian Stock) and we need cover for Lambo. So I think we need 6 players but the best bit of business we will do is hanging to all our current 1st team players. There is no doubt our owners are serious about getting us back to the prem and I feel sure they will give Pards the resources to do some business and we will start with the best squad in the league Looking forward to the next few weeks and the start of the season once the world cup finishes the transfer action will start.

I think we are not top 2 by Xmas Pards is in danger however I would expect us to get 3 or 4 players in and hit the ground running promotion is a must for Saints this season and I think we will do it

I hope we sell more than last year got mine and a free under eights so I can take my Daughter occasionaly or sprag out with a bit more room very good value £328 for two tickets. Shame the way it has been handled late & no payment plan hope it hasnt effected numbers we really should be 15000 to 18000 ST's but can't see it somehow.
