Just have to get promoted I have enjoyed our journey in League 1 had some cracking away days but the club have to move on. Automatic please I would love a extra 3 games & a day out at OT and if we won the play offs we would have WON something however we cant take a chance & we really need to go up so AUTO all the way. For me mind Brighton have won it & fair play to them they have been so consistent so we have to fight all the way for 2nd spot its going to be exciting

I am going is there going to be a good turn out as a lot of people bought tickets for Boxing Day ? Always enjoy a London away day another massive game and a chance to put pressure on the rest fingers crossed for a MK Dons win or a draw against the Posh tonight. Any win will do us I dont think it will be easy they have been in freefall and we keep winning ugly long may it continue COYS

I am giving up saying must win or really important game as they all are we have to keep our winning run going I dont think we have played very well in the last 3 games but the results have been great it would be so nice to play well & win well. They couldnt be in worse form and have injuries at the back but I cant see them just coming and parking the bus as jose would say Mowbary like his teams to play football so I think it will be a open game which should suite us. Come on Saints lets put on a show we are on telly if we play well & win it will put pressure on the rest I am going for 3 1 to the mighty Saints

I agree with you Brighton are the only team to show consistency Bournemouth have over achieved but fair play to them it shows what can happen if you get promoted & maintain your confidence. Overall I think the league is weaker the teams with the squad to do well havent really performed Sheff Weds and to a lesser extent us we should be better than we were last season but havent shown it yet dont get me wrong I am not a doom & gloom merchant I just dont think we have played really well this season. As long as we get promoted I wont care they we havent been brilliant this season promotion is so important to us I guess the team are feeling the pressure we could really do with taking the confidence from the last 3 games as we won but havent played well & start to play well & win well as it will heap pressure on the rest.

I have been thinking that teams would start feeling the pressure for a while now maybe Bournemouth after losing 2 on the bounce but we could do with them taking points of Posh. Posh Udders Orient & Brighton have all been on great runs breaking records ect you have to think that they are going to have a wobble and drop a few points they have been relentless it cant go on can it ? I dont think we have hit our best form yet now would be a really good time for us to hit a purple patch I think we are going to have to beat our back to back wins record to secure 2nd spot

We need the same kind of mentality as Udders Posh & Orient they are on a magnificent run of results we have won 3 on the trot & I feel we are going to have to beat our record of back to back wins if we are going to get 2nd the last 2 seasons we have had a chance to beat that record we need to do it. The sooner we can get into 2nd spot the better we have to turn games in hand into 3 points this promotion race is going to the wire it is going to be exciting for sure with plenty of twists & turns it is in our hands IF we win all our games we cant be stopped I am not saying we will have to win them but it is in our hands.

Best atmosphere this season by far that is what away support should be like really enjoyed the day singing was constant great day out probably the best we have had in this league maybe Orient last year or MK Dons in the JPT semi good work lets keep it up

I know what the op means we all thought that this season we would spank everyone we played it must be great to have a season when you are consistent and several teams have done it & won it in this league Swansea Norwich now Brighton. We dont ever seem to make things easy & I still dont think we have played at the level any where close to what our squad is capable of. If our team think it is time to take pity on its long suffering fans now would be a really good time to hit a purple patch if any of the top 6 really hit form there is a auto promotion slot that is attainable please please let it be us ffs

Lallana has to be in it he is the best player in the league Fonte is the only other Saints player that has a chance of getting in

Part 1 of the job done we had to win to give us confidence for Saturday if we can go & get the 3 points at Dean Court then it looks promissing for auto promotion. As many have said it was very poor 1st half very pleased we got the early goal 1 of the few bits of quality in the 1st half 2nd half much better but far from convincing however a comfortable 3 0 win job done Lallana is the best player in this league by miles fantastic he has signed a bew contract the lad is a class above. I thought Gobern did well when he came on should have scored lambert I thought had a very good game despite playing to deep & Barny was worth his 2 goals. Onwards to Saturday really looking forward to it I hope Bompey are getting the jitters if we can win this things are looking a lot brighter COYS

Part 1 of a massive 2 games for us that could go a long way to deciding where we finish just have to beat Yeovil nothing else will do like many fingers crossed we score early i dont think my nerves can take it if we are level with 10 mins to go. We are going to have to step up & win & win well the games that we are supposed to win Brighton & Bournemouth have all season & if we are going up we have to win these games I am going to be positive 3 0 to Saints to send us into Saturdays crunch game full of confidence come on you Saints lets get this show on the road

Great result after the Walsall game cant say I was confident of getting 3 points here as it turned out we had to win with Bompey & Brighton winning again so we are still in the mix. Massive week coming up for us Yeovil tomorrow just have to win to keep us in the battle then Bompey what a massive game this is I dont think any of us thought that Bournemouth away would be as important as this.Hats off to them they are having an incredible season on there budget & squad it is amazing effort to be 2nd. The next 2 games will have a massive effect on our season win them both & it is still on for auto lose or draw either will consign us to the play off's COYS

We have got a very good side and we were everybody's favorite for top spot there are not many of our players you would swap in this league we have at times played very well. We just have not been consistent for me that is it in a nutshell to win any league you must have it I dont know the reason why we havent maybe it is lots of things. IF we can find some winning form week in week out it can still be done we still do have good players & a good team but they need to step up & prove it.

I try to stay a positive thinker but Tuesday knocked the stuffing out of me I felt it was a very important gam & had we won I would have confidence in us getting 2nd & going up. I now think play offs as long as we pull our socks up we havent played really well since Oldham away even Saturday whilst I am not knocking a 4 1 win for long periods in that game we didnt play well. All season I have been thinking soon we are going to catch fire and play well week in week out & for whatever reason it hasnt happened Brighton & Bournemouth have managed that I guess there is still time left & we might go on a great run to the end of the season. I really hope so I am not 1 of those calling for change I want stability & only promotion will provide that. I am going to stay positive & believe will will win the play offs at O/T which would be great but I would love to have confidence that when Saints run out you know you are going to get a good performance I havent got that feeling at the moment & havent had it for any length of time all season

What a load of guff so p1ssed off these results will cost us a auto promotion spot Morgan went off injured & after that our passing game reverted to lump it to Lambo not good enough you have to take 1 or 2 of 20 chances to be fair only about 4 or 5 of them were clear cut. A defeat here is tough to take they offered little or no threat going forward terrible mistake for there goal a draw would have been harsh but to lose is a kick in the plums. Good turnout by the Saints fans the bar staff in the supporters club which is ace by the way said they have never seen so many fans there which says a lot about Walsall. I am starting to lose faith in a automactic place & resigning myself to a play off slot which is pants unless we win it I thought NA was right to get Barny & Morgan in the starting 11 but not a the expense of Chambo and whilst we dominated a created more than enough chances we were far from on song. Promotion is so important to us this season without it we face a massive clear out of players & will have to start again come on Saints sort it out FFS

Going up for this game I hope Barney & Morgan get a start massive game for us a chance to turn a game in hand into points win this and we are on the right track for automatic promotion COYS lets have it

I would agree with you in general in patches during the game we played some quality football but first half after we scored & 2nd half until the headers went in we were gash. A 4 1 win is great cant really argue with it and we did show some great patches of play lets hope we gain confidence from & keep the momentum going Walsall Tuesday is a massive game ours is the only League 1 game we need to turn games in hand into points.

I would agree with you the last thing we need is chopping & changing Managers I think NA is doing ok but if we dont go up I just cant see him keeping his job. We need promotion have to get promoted so we can keep going forward with the Manager & team if we dont I can see a lot of changes starting with NA We need stability so we can progress as a club for that to happen we have to go up imo

We really do have to win this game Swindon have been a boogey side for us recently & we need to win & put on a performance to get our confidence back on track. We are facing a team in free fall at home & we have to take advantage we need to go on a winning run & we need to start Saturday we have been lucky that our promotion rivals have not taken full advantage so come Saints sort it out lets be having you

I cant see us catching Brighton I think they are as good as champions fair play to them they have been consistent winning week in week out we havent. There will be questions asked if we dont get promotion & rightly so NA will not be our Manager unless we go up but we are still right in the mix & have a very good chance of going up the last 2 games we have been ****e but we are more than capable of going on a run & that is what we have to do starting Saturday. Just as 2 or 3 great performances dont make us world beaters 2 or 3 bad performances dont make us a poor side IF we get promoted the season has been a success if we dont it is failure everyone at the club knows this & I think we will go up

Found out the game was off just as we hit A34 so we went to Cheltenham V Barnet went in with the away fans crap game to be fair but another ground ticked of the list

I agree with the majority Adam is our best player no question Chambo will go onto be a very good player and we will get a lot of money for him but Lallana make us tick. You only have to look how we have performed while he has been injured to see how important to us he is he always had great skill & technique but this season & last he has end product scores & creates goals top player if he had a yard of pace he would be world class

We have played well in some games but you dont always play great football the point is to win when you are not playing well we did that I would rather that than play great but end up with a point. Lallana has been a massive miss and now we have him back things will improve he is the best player in the league we are right in it & if we can hit form promotion is still on the cards

I just cant see us catching Brighton they are relentless just keep smashimg teams off the park what a job Poyet has done there I cant believe that Bompey havent imploded since Howe left they are seriously over achieving can they keep it up ? I think it is 2nd or 3rd for us in a way I would love to see us win the play off final at OT it would be a great day out & we would have won something but it is so important that we go up this season I am keeping my fingers crossed for 2nd place. It is so tight at the top apart from Brighton, Charlton have come up on the blind side a point behind us with a game in hand how did that happen ? We cant afford many if any slip ups we have got to keep winning it is going to be a very exciting run in to the end of the season with many a twist & turn & we are going to have to be a lot better than we were Saturday
