agree with this whole heartedly.... not really much of a stratergy is it, if for games with limited numbers those that travel on a regular basis don't get the chance of a small pre sale period, otherwise what is the point of being particular in assigning customer numbers to away tickets so that when matches with limited availability come up its just a free for all, also the fact the the mp carried no information regarding the b & h game is shocking... three pound and no news at all.... have a little look MR c, we could do better here me thinks!

personally i think it is a shambles, - no announcement in the MP at the last home game, just a post yesterday that the tickets are going on sell to season ticket holders to day and no ballot to those that go to the most away games..... hence we missed the boat on this one, really feel the club have short changed loyal travelling fans on this one, there must be a better system available for sorting this out

One of the greatest days in the sporting calander..... squeezed in and belittled by the Football association - Coverage wrecked on ITV by adverts for tenner lady. Can't believe such a great competition has become so under valued. Cup final Saturday should be cup final Saturday... Its as simple as that.

I think the Ricoh is cash less and its a nightmare!!! Season Tickets are Season tickets and should be maintained but I think there is something in the idea - I thought about a loyalty card like a necter card where points are added per game attended, they could then be used to give special discounts or the like, or priority for away matches. The club should try something like this but still would n't wnat the hassle of having to book my seat for every game... I've sitting in the smae seat for ten years, why the feck do I want to have to apply for it every game.... I would just like the club to factor in a comprehensive seaton ticket for all games including cup matches, then i would n't have to clog up the ether or the phone system trying to book a home cup ticket!

Have you ever tried phoning the old bill?.... they will be far to busy doing something more important to use a common sense approach to this situation. They will probably not be out arresting murderers or vilans - but polisihing there video cameras and riot gear so they can be at our promotion party!!!

... how a bout a chairty game with the forum playing an x saints eleven? - Could raise money for the foundation and Kevin Moore. You could auction off the forum places as opposed to having a set price - maybe have 5 x 90 minutes and 10 x 45 and 4 x 22.5 (for old crocks like me!) Perhaps the club would santion only paying for one team - with any surplus going to the charitys. NC might even like to come and strut his stuff as well?? Worth a thought surely. I would be interested in this? Gets the game on, does some good for charity and gives the forum a bit of PR? Any chance?

I would but a combination of a bad back and work means that I will probably have to give it a miss which I am gutted about because it is a great evening - can you not haggle the price down on a loyalty basis??? Just an idea Granty. Did we ever get our dvds from last year? I did n't get mine.

Are you really a saints fan?? I 'm pretty sure from the host of ex pro's there last night you can actually feel the genuine love that they have for their former boss - I think that speaks volumes about the man.The fact that people like TommyDoc and Sir Alex et al were also happy to take the time out of there busy schedules to make a speach in recognition of his service to the club and his continued good work for charity's is also testament to how he is regarded in not only football but within the community in general. However I strongly suspect that you would n't know because you would n't have gone. History is the foundation stone of the club - nights like last night keep the history very much alive - it was a fantastic event....Its a shame the 'club' couldn't have been more involved.

I went to lewis the other day to watch a game there and the fans were openly drinking pints on the terraces? Do the same rules not apply at non league grounds?

Well into the 60's with about thirty to go - I'm on a web site called 'doing the 92' - not sure which site is the best but looks like there will be a whole herd of us chalking up the 92 in the next few seasons. Nice that we agree for once.... also agree with you about Waigo - missed that bit on your op. But though Waigo was great at nicking a goal or making something happen. The crowd loved him as well and i think he loved us... big miss for me not signing him although chambelain looks like he could turn into something very special.

Oldham....... that was definately one, millwall on the opening day, colchester united, brentford added to Brighton, Swindon and Bristol Rovers...... Not all defeats but teams that know how to come and play against us, and stop us playing..... These six couple with the three games so far this season imo = numerous

We were better away from home last season too - there is no pressure on us away from home. Need to be able toplay a different system at home which disrupts team from just sitting with two banks of four.... simples
