I get it now, sacking the manager is about ensuring relegation… great plan.
-
You know what was meant. 9 points from being out of the relegation zone. It’s only 9 points with a bucket load to play for. Any manager worth his salt would think he could beat relegation.
-
Not necessarily. Who do you think is possible? I know you’re not the type to hold back or hide behind the “I’m not paid to make those decisions” bullshit.
-
Last time I checked 9+5=14
-
69 points up for grabs, 9 points from safety…. We’re not down by a long shot. If you don’t believe a new manager can’t save us then you’re setting an incredibly low bar.
-
We'll score early, look like we will hang on in a very scrappy affair until the last 5 minutes where we concede. Decent draw, march on. Up the fucking Saints!
-
Great minds 😂
-
Beautifully described the delights of what a relegation can do for you.
-
Yeah can’t beat a bit of cyber sabre rattling. “Everyone should all do this…” Fuck off, do it yourself.
-
Shouldn’t wear the armband again.
-
Sorry to hear this… you were so close to buying a ticket as well. Chin up, maybe next year.
-
Call someone a cunt and then the ever so important you get to judge them on how they react to that?? World’s gone mad.
-
Touched a nerve I see. 😂
-
What you think about Bournemouth players doesn’t really matter. Fact is they can spend more on one player than twice our record purchase. Or put another way twice more than our total forward purchases this summer.
-
Sounds like you want to hate Russell but just find him too darn attractive. Understandable.
-
It’s the execution of the style… Often it works really well, occasionally, well 9 times so far this season, it’s blown up in our faces. Honestly, I bloody love it when we pass through the 1/3s.
-
You’re a bit obsessed
-
I bloody love our style of football, I fucking hate the calamitous ball retention in our defensive third.
-
The Villa are in a sticky patch but home games versus Brentford and us is a good opportunity for them to turn that form around. We welcome back Tyler, Taylor, Soldier, Spy following suspension. New club captain (surely) Downes also rested. Jan could also return, giving us a much stronger look. We’ve been a more attacking threat of late, Villa are a bit dodge at the back. 1-2 an Archer double.

It’s not often that I look at an away fixture at a top 6 side and think yeah this is winnable, we can get at them… this isn’t one of those times either.
-
Standard, boring but at least you’re consistent in your missing of the point being raised / discussed and divert by the form of some half wit humour around a perceived idolisation / cheer leading.
-
Of course a sending off changes the game, doesn’t necessarily change the outcome. I’ll let that whistle between your ears and await the laughing emoji.
-
Not sure RM blamed the sending off for the outcome. In the interview I saw he said we were 3-1 down at the time but not out of the game…(or words to that effect) I don’t agree with that, we visibly shrank when the 2nd went in.

Loads of negatives, previously covered. Trying to pick out some positives: Nathan Wood - can’t work out if I’m marking Nathan as a positive due to the low expectation I had or because he actually looked alright. Showed a bit of pace, competed well enough and was good with the ball at his feet. We moved the ball really well in the first half hour, progressing up the field with ease on several occasions. Tried to carry that on with 10 when Stephens went off and 9 when BBD came on. Manning is looking more and more like a Premier League player. Captain Aribo.
