Not at all my friend, just glad your were able to make the game and enjoyed your Saturday which is what it is all about. You've also confirmed that your sole purpose on this board is as a wind-up which is clearly demonstrated by your posting style. As they say it takes all sorts. Bertie Bassett is an All Sort. Sorry little 'man'.

I'm calm thanks Mr Johnny, I am also fortunate not to have an inferiority complex. As as been pointed out by other posters it seems your attempt at humour with this thread is reflected by your side-splitting username. Oh how we all laughed (when we were 5 years of age). You may also wish to review the statistics provided by Arizona regarding your Messiah's performance ratio. Sorry little 'man'.
-
Exactly but some will try and rewrite history if that suits their agenda. Well done Wotte and may it continue. Fingers firmly crossed. COYR

The childish style of posting carries on. Your username is very apt. What a sorry little man.

Echo full article -Wotte did not say protesters not true fans

Editing peoples post to make your replies look better is perhaps playing a dangerous game JFP... -
His promise never to post again lasted about 5 hours. Broken promises eh
-
And of course you are 100% correct however there is an element on here that think by attempting to belittle the lads efforts they are automatically dismissing the protest. Whilst I have no intention of attending it was clear from speaking with those that attended the last march and from posts made on this thread that there is a broad spectrum of ages supporinting this march which appears to be very representative of the fan base.
-
I think you are perhaps being intentionally disengenious there. Is it relevant who organises the marches or is it more relevant the broad profile of those who actually attend?
-
You seem to be even more vociferous than normal in your defence of MW here Johnny. IMHO the support that the team have received in the ground (where it counts) this year has been first class, despite the results and many performances. If people want to make a protest about how they feel the club is performing (and there could be few to argue that we are performing abysmally) then why not let them get on with it, why the digs? These protests are outside of the ground afterall. MW should be fully focussed on on-the-pitch matters and not get involved in club politics, his role is to get points, simple.

Here's one for him as he is so fond of war analogies.....loose lips sink ships.....I'd rather he concentrated in getting results and not become a political mouthpiece.

webster and hockaday....a reply from the club

Termination of contracts can be very delicate matters with obvious repercussions if the correct procedures are not followed so I can understand the club not wanting to discuss this. However referencing the Daily Echo is quite incredulous. Whoever wrote that response on behalf of the Club was sadly lacking in direction from above. -
That is a seriously scary thought. If you take out DMG then that could be the team come next year if Admin and League 1 come our way. I took out DMG as he will no doubt get snapped up by one of the Top 4 Premiership teams.

Most peoples gripe seems not to be that the OS is propoganda orientated, as that's what you'd expect, it's the somewhat extreme levels of spin that turn worthwhile articles into matters of ridicule. For example what on earth was the Wotte article referring to the appointment of Hiddink recently all about. The only tenuous link was some kind of inferred success by association. Talk about clutching at straws.

A staggeringly irrelevant bit of information

I think we've used something like 33 different outfield players this season alone. -
Having trawled through this thread it's quite plain to see that you are up to your old tricks Jonah. You are a wind-up merchant of the highest order. When elements of a debate are presented to you (with decent circumstantial or references of integrity) you conveniently dismiss them as some kind of fantasy. Are you expecting a Magistrate or JP (no, not that Jan) to be in attendance whilst these various events take place. You are tiresome, predictable and boring in the extreme.

3 league wins in a row....what we'd give for that. Shows that with the right change of manager things can happen. Don't think he's added any players, indeed I think their 'star' player Giles Barnes moved to Fulham(?).
-
I wondered about that, I believe he is a Japanese triallist.
-
Didn't JP alledgedly pay his own severance to his former Dutch club so he could manage SFC. Sounds like RL actually had the idea first, I hope he took a patent out.
-
I had a little chuckle at that. Not exactly experts in that field are they.
-
There seems to be a sense of inevitability that Lowe will lead SFC into a second relegation. This would surely make his position untenable however do you think he will step aside if this comes to pass?
-
I admire your confidence Tim, mine has all but been sapped from my body..
-
Tonights results appear to mean a(nother) nail in the SFC coffin....

Peter Reid for Manager - campaign needed..
Greenridge replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
Does that include the season he was with them when they were relegated with what was then the record low points tally? I remember them coming down to SMS that season and thinking at least they'll have a good go even though they're obviously struggling. But they came and rolled over with no apparent desire whatsoever. -
Cutting costs is very very easy. Cutting costs whilst maintaining an acceptable level of performance is not. I get a little tired of being continually told what a great job has been made of cutting costs. Well, in my book it's not a great job judging by our league position. What about the 10's (even 100's) of thousands that may or may not have been 'saved' by not employing Pearson or loaning out players I hear you say? Well, ask the bank if they'd prefer us a little further in the red but maintaining CCC status and therefore a more realistic opportunity of recouping those funds or dropping down another position. I know what their answer would be.
