I completely agree with you, no one would keep this team up but other managers would do a better job and be more competitive. We are not even competing in games now. Tactically the worst I’ve seen so open. We’ve had some bad managers but this guy is the worst.

Juric is clueless, head down. Looking away in interview looks awkward. Let’s gets rid as he hasn’t got anything right. Let’s be fair and put this guy out of his misery. 3 lucky points against Ipswich that’s it. Tactically ridiculous.

Doesn’t Adam Blackmore loose credibility as a boardcaster doing this with no basis apart from history on a manager who has a record in Italy but none in England. I like Adam but think this is totally wrong. I’ve been watching since the 90s and the best manager I’ve seen is Koeman, tactically better than everyone however Porch improved players so is the best coach. Juric has done nothing to show he deserves anymore time. Tactics won’t work in premiership but it’s not going to work in the Championship either.

Juric has to go, get rid of him after a hammering from Liverpool.
  5. They’ve put in so much money. Rasmus Ankersen is terrible and hasn’t done a good job at all. Thankfully they got him to one side when Wilcox came in but since Wilcox went to Utd, I think Ankersen has been involved. Now we have a new technical director, I effectively believe he is going to be a straight Wilcox replacement without the director of football title hopefully things will turn around. 1st things 1st though the end of this season will be tough but hopefully Juric will be gone at the end of the season if not sooner and put Rusk in charge. I think it’s fairly evident Rohl could be here at the end of the season.

Tactically terrible again. I don’t he’s got too much right since his appointment. I’d get rid now. While we don’t have good enough players that I agree with however have to be more competitive. Our squad is bad but should still be capable to be on more than 9 points. Rusk to end of season and Rohl in the summer, or just change it now and try and get Rohl now.

Yeah I knew someone was going to say that but one season in 20 plus years. There is no doubt the players are towards the bottom of the league but as bad as we are with the points return is utter shite. Martin and Juric should both have achieved more points by now. Juric is doing a terrible job just like Martin. I have no doubt we have a bottom 3 squad but with this points tally people have to take a look at both players and managers. 7 home loses on a spin. No draws etc is absolutely criminal.

The tactic doesn’t suit the players we have and is very long ball. 3 at the back never does well in English football and definitely is more defensive then offensive and then the wing backs drop back to make a 5, this then leaves a lack of options forward. Personally I’d get rid. What does this guy know about the championship? We are heading there and need to get someone who is going to take us up and personally this guy isn’t going to do it. Does anyone think with 3 at the back 2 wing backs and Aribo and Smallbone is never going to be good enough.
  9. I’ve got hundreds of programmes I am getting rid off due to moving. Does anybody want these for free? Im in Salisbury but am happy for someone to collect either here or Eastleigh. Date range from 1960 to today.
  10. I totally agree with the post, I personally don’t want Ralph out as we keep changing the manager but I do think the whole structure still needs revamping. Sack all the coaches and scouting system, although now Ross Wilson has gone it will probably happen anyway.
  11. I don't want Ralph sacked I still believe he can turn it around but I do believe we need a decent restructuring. We should definitely get rid of pretty much all the backroom staff and start again allowing Ralph to bring in his own people. Which means Watson, Davis, Fleming and Gross should all leave as they have been involved in probably 4 years of pain since Koeman left. Glad Ross Wilson has gone and we need to look and restructure the scouting network ASAP. The players we have brought over the past 4 years have mainly been misses. We have an appalling squad of players with some more to come back after their loans have finished. I would look at that team last night and use that to show who should not play for us again in the short term (probably long term as well). Yoshida, Vestergaard, Valery and Bertrand. The midfield is a real problem as there is a lack of options in the centre but Slattery probably should have a decent run in the team now.
  12. Totally agree, thought our wing backs were poor, Valey doesn’t really want the ball enough, doesn’t take the throw ins which I find strange for a right back but he is young and will hopefully gain more confidence. Lemina is really overrated he isn’t suitable for the Hasenhuttl style as he slows the ball down to often and gives it away when passing forwards (which is pretty ironic given the song!) and isn’t energetic enough We definitely lack any sort of pace apart from Redmond and Ings. I’m not convinced on McCarthy but that is probably being a bit too harsh.

    Hughes OUT

It’s not about one game, it is about the 26 games he has been in charge. Despite any positives last night he is still no good for the long term.

    Hughes OUT

Good point; crazy to think we have 3 goalkeeping coaches on the coaching staff. Shows how bad the recruitment has been in all areas! Still can’t believe he is here. A replacement must be lined up unless they are going to fill the director of football vacancy 1st.

Doesn’t really make sense not having money to sack him. Let’s face it if we keep him and go down then we will have even less money and no doubt sack him.

    Cedric

A player who needs to be replaced. Perhaps Clyne from Liverpool as he is 3rd choice there? We do need quite a few other players as well....2 x Centre Half’s and a leader which we have missed for a long long time. Probably since the Van Dijk fall out with the club.
  17. Terrible, just seen the goals and Hoedt is awful for the 1st goal, never looking for his man. Yoshida and Cedric were terrible for the 3rd, Yoshida being out jumped by Sessongon and Cedric allowing Mitrovic to get to the ball first and get a shot away. Our defence is truest shocking. Not sure how Hoedt starts every game!

    Hughes OUT

All if and buts. Fact is 1 win in 12 and 3 in 20......never going to be good enough. Even if we won Saturday does it change anything. Does Hughes suddenly become a good manager, no not at all. We are not fit enough hence we concede so many late goals and are always on the back foot. At Stoke they said training wasn’t intense and isn’t that the rumours here. We can’t hold onto a lead, we don’t score goals and he doesn’t know his best team or tactics. There are very few positives to take.

    Hughes OUT

Very true, but surely he got the wins against the teams we would have expected to beat. His results were nothing special nor were they terrible. He sets his teams not to get beat against the bigger teams and they get stuffed. It’s never his fault, Saturday is a key example if the referee gets the decisions correct we are down to 10 men facing a penalty at 1-0 and let’s face it we struggled to hold on with 11 men. The squad doesn’t look fit enough and although not the best squad, it is surely better than 1 win in 12. I don’t see it improving just getting worse.

    Hughes OUT

Absolute madness to stick with him. If he stays in charge all season we are dead certs to go down. Should never have been appointed in the summer 2 wins from the run of games we had towards the end of the season was a poor return. Luckily for us Swansea were so poor. Giving him more time just means we loose more ground on everyone else. The only saving grace is there are 5 or 6 very poor teams. We have become very dull to watch and we are becoming a Villa / Sunderland where everyone wants us to go down. Now is the perfect time for him to go with 2 weeks before a big big game. We are going to get halfway though the season with less than 20 points.
  21. Not good enough for Premier League, another poor player we signed. How we haven’t overhauled our recruitment team I don’t know. Ever since Mitchell left the recruitment has been awful both for players and managers. Squad needs a massive overhaul, unbalanced in midfield, strikers who lack quality (apart from Gabbiadini and Ings but Gabbi hasn’t been given a run of games) and defenders who haven’t improved us. We lack any sort of pace and I think it all means we are in for a long season of struggling against relegation.
  22. It’s a bit sad when a point away to Bournemouth is considered a good result. I’m not saying it isn’t by the way. Just shows how far we have fallen. Hughes seems to set his teams up to stop others playing and not set teams up to win games.
  23. Modern football is like it always has been. If you have crap recruitment, manager and players and poor tactics it’s craps however if you recruit well play exciting football it’s awesome. Unfortunately since Koeman left we are the first one before that we were the second because we have replaced badly.
  24. Fair post. This is the poorest situation post Liebherr. Which is easy to say because we’ve always been on an upward curve. However since Koeman left we have gone on a downward spiral. Signings poor, poor choice of managers and awful football. I think we need changes from top to bottom. Fresh direction and better recruitment. We are in danger if we do nothing of going down but everyone can see that. We are potentially the next Sunderland.
  25. Difference is Williams is seeing the most successful period in Bournemouth’s history and are well punching above their weight and playing an attractive football. We on the other hand haven’t played good football since Koeman left. How many of our games have been exciting? How many times do we score 2+ goals or even 1 and keep going for more?
