He got into the team ahead of Wotton last year, so I guess he could still manage it. Him in a five with Morgan and Hammond would be interesting.
-
Is it a fact that NC brought in Waigo or just logical speculation based on what are understood to be NC's links to Fiorentina?

Puncheon Signs 3 1/2 Yr Contract at Saints

I already rate Schneiderlin but on Saturday he showed in the second half that he could drive the team forward. He became more mobile and our whole display improved. I hope he can (and is allowed to) do that every week in future. If he does then we will see a real gem. -
But Marcus can afford to sack his. If you're comparing us to top flight clubs then Liverpool probably isn't the most appropriate. Man City, however...

Liverpool can't afford to sack their manager.

James in for Hammond for me. A bit more protection for the back four. But I'd want Morgan to be a lot more mobile in the way that he was in the period of the second half against Stockport when we were completely in control.

They didn't suddenly find this site for a ground. Eastleigh council knew about the St. Mary's proposals while the wranglings about Stoneham were still going on.

Supporters Group Meeting at St Marys Today. Important News About the Future.

Whilst I don't disagree with you in principle, sometimes it seems like people forget that there are already lots of viable businesses in the adjacent area that might not want to move. Anyway, you might find these articles interesting: http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/4869858.Giant_snow_dome_planned_for_Southampton/ http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/4872532.Snow_dome_plans_attacked_by_businesses/ http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/4879975.Developers_queue_up_to_build_snow_dome/ Also, and I doubt it's on here now but a while back a poster posted what seemed to the lay person as a very plausible reason why Network Rail are unlikely to put a station or halt in alongside St. Marys. Something to do with routing elecrtic rail from the existing mainline to the tracks alongside the stadium if I remember correctly... -

The separate queues thing is crap at the moment. Too much room for queue jumping and such like. If nothing else they could just put barriers between the various lines. -
Cheers for the info, Clapham Saint.
-
Cheers, thanks for clarifying.

Is that a quote, FF? Or do you mean that you yourself have spoken to Giorgetti?
-
...they'd sign us a decent defensive midfielder at last?
-
You're quite right. We should bench him for now and let him develop and make more use of Papa Waigo who isn't still learning his trade and is a good player now.
-
How many players should we off load now or in the summer?

Pardew sees having surplus players hanging around the training ground as disruptive. -
Completely untrue. Even the training ground article was positive about ML and NC's plans for the club. That same week the paper was talking about how we were on the verge of a record breaking run of good form. Today's articles were poor but I can't believe how precious people on here are being.

One ticket per supporter. No tickets if you're not on the database.

Do you seriously think that our cash-strapped neighbours would have been up for lowering the prices?

As above: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1946370,00.html

And they didn't have the benefit of playing in a lower division than they're used to.
-
Bang on. I've avoided commenting on this subject due to the totally one sided view taken by most on here but today's articles don't paint the Echo in a good light at all. The thrust of this article seems to mock the possibile Fiorentina link but that possible link seems entirely based on the Echo's own speculation yesterday...

We went back to 4-4-2 (and started Antonio in place of Waigo) when we played Brighton. That was the end of our great run and we haven't looked as good (at least at home) since that change.

You can if the manager does his job properly. Simples.
