I already rate Schneiderlin but on Saturday he showed in the second half that he could drive the team forward. He became more mobile and our whole display improved. I hope he can (and is allowed to) do that every week in future. If he does then we will see a real gem.

Completely untrue. Even the training ground article was positive about ML and NC's plans for the club. That same week the paper was talking about how we were on the verge of a record breaking run of good form. Today's articles were poor but I can't believe how precious people on here are being.

The thrust of this article seems to mock the possibile Fiorentina link but that possible link seems entirely based on the Echo's own speculation yesterday...

We went back to 4-4-2 (and started Antonio in place of Waigo) when we played Brighton. That was the end of our great run and we haven't looked as good (at least at home) since that change.
