Suspect he may have meant to post that on the new striker thread...
-
Will any of you be tracking / keeping an eye on Osvaldo ?

I'm not sure how you read that into the DM article... The article wrote: And the quotes attributed to Fonte: Sounds pretty final to me. -
Tragic. I'm sure the point of the post is totally lost now.
-
Don't Hummel open the copyright for that pattern of stripes? Thought I read that on one of the previous kit threads....
-
Jordan Robertson...

It seems the website is just trying to scoop the mainstream media, no?

I couldn't see this posted elsewhere: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/29212/9118527/southampton-mauricio-pochettino-would-be-ill-advised-to-follow-nicola-cortese-says-jeff-stelling Personally I think it's one of the fairest, most realistic articles I've seen this week. Doesn't tell us anything new, but doesn't try to either.

Probably - if Ozil picks up a knock you'll be struggling to make top four as usual.

Le Tissier Praising Lambert for England and the clubs vision

Sorry Bear, we all thought you already knew. -
He must be over the moon now that we've swapped our Liverpool tribute kit for something that looks too much like an Arsenal version for my taste.

Indeed. I wonder how much this puts in ahead of other players who would on the face of it be considered 'better' than him. -

From my armchair I get the impression that JWP's set piece delivery stands him in good stead. Do you see this watching the game? -
It's harder to score from anything than an open goal* but I'm not sure of the relevance. *unless you're Thierry Henry

It's not Do Prado over Sharp though is it. It's Lambert and Osvaldo over Sharp and if anything Do Prado over Puncheon. Unless Do Prado's likely to be playing as a lone striker any time soon (which obviously I don't see happening). Guly can play up front, as a #10 or on the wing and has some pace. Sharp is an out and out stiker.

Why?

They're just not ready for your humour, Jeff.

Absolutely spot on. It really winds me up the Turkish makes these one line posts knowing that people will be forced to reply rather than just skip past if they're not interested.

I think you're joking... I'm scared you might be being serious.

Where have all the derbies gone, now that we are in the Prem.?
jam replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
Now you understand, there is only wet or dry - nothing in between. Just like there is you support everything about the Saints, think every decision that NC makes is top and reckon the new shirt is ace, or you'd rather us to be in League One in administration with Rupert Lowe in charge, etc. I think that's how it works... -
I like the way that you've lampooned the local press for distorting stories and passing them off as truth by simply making something up and passing it off as truth.

IIRC you do recall correctly It was a bit interesting when him, Prost and Elias left as, while they all went to bigger things, they also seemed to show a fair bit of loyalty to a certain dark lord.

Yep, the place just hasn't been the same without whatshisname. (Huw Jennings, btw.)
