I think Guly is playing right midfield because we've no one else, nothing to do with Barnard.
-
So my post above was way off?
-
I'd assume with blue shorts, which would be as per traditional versions of Brazil home and Southampton yellow away kits. I think he's seen red and white, not read the post properly and hit the 'Reply With Knee Jerk' button.

Regarding the collar and looking back through the posts, I think the New York Cosmos thing might be inaccurate. The black you have used on the collar will be a bit thicker I think and not come so far down the shirt and pointy at the end - think of a very short tie! Looking at the visual from post 158 and the England, I think that the pointy end that Katalinic talks about might be the other end (i.e., the top). Other images on the web make the join at he top seem more pointy...

Really like the top two.

This makes serious sense. If I was about to sign for Portsmouth, I'd wish to have a handy escape route too.

Greater than Brighton's want to reach 100 points, beat the biggest club in the South and remove any possible doubt that they were the best team this year?

Please sign this petition at the Rovers match Saturday

Especially as the drive for economy cuts is in the main the result of actions of those who need support least. -

Not read the review but I'd assume they're looking at geography rather than performance. Thanks for the post, I'll look out for the petition. -
Two things with that: firstly although Redknapp seems the obvious choice to be Capello's successor I can't see the FA touching him until the legal issues around him are thoroughly cleared up; secondly Poyet's last spell at spuds was a bit of a disaster and I don't know if that has effected his standing at WHL (or Poyet's opinion of them). That said, with Taricco involved as well there is certainly a spurs connection, even if neither could be classed as spud legends...
-
Haha, in fairness I don't think the stepping stone job is going to come up any time soon! I'd be surprised if the FA were to risk giving Bagpuss the England job and can't see a bigger club wanting him. Besides, Poyet can't lose with Brighton. They'll surely stay up, I think they'll more then hold their own and the media will put it down to amazing management rather than acknowledging the fact that Brighton actually have a lot going for them at the moment apart from a new stadium and a promising young manager.
-
I think the only way Poyet would go to spuds is as a stepping stone to Chelski.

While some people need to have a victim mentality. Best to leave them to it...

THe whole texts to Solent thing is a ****ing joke. Solent should be embarrassed to read them out.

Nope. Gonna be a great afternoon, just the thing to get the boys back on track.

It's about value for money...

Lallana getting ready to come on. Replace Stephens, maybe?

Do you know how fixed the saints red is (if there even is such a thing)? I seem to recall that Arse have a specific red that they use now. I don't think it would be sacrilege to tweak the red (on the shirt) for a few years...

Charlton GK shirt, no?

Jam likes. I'd really like us to have a yellow with bits of dark blue away strip. Sweden had a great one a few years back.

aap3 might be an interesting case as they have a graphic design and branding division. If they have any say then I can't see them signing off a tightly cropped box around their logo. I also wouldn't be that surprised if they came up with a different version of the logo that is more landscape (as they did on the Saints Foundation website but more readable). As you say, that logo could well be a dealbreaker in Jamesfp1s otherwise great away strip concept. Edit: btw, stripes version 3 is my favourite of that batch as well.

Thanks, I've downloaded these and will have fun with them. I take it the kit manufacturers have a set of templates that they use for all their teams, depending on the individual deal?
-
Hate to say it but I'm liking these. (Hate to say it because they make me think of Sheffield United) The9, what do you use to make these mockups? Do you have templates?

noticed Guly quickly getting back to cover in the last game. Makes sense with his height and pace.

The comments about character are interesting. Bale, Walcott, Lallana, Chamberlain, Baird and Surman all come across really well whenever I've seen them.
