It's been generally fine for through trains for a while now. For a while nothing was stopping at Eastleigh. There doesn't look to be any engineering works either. Of course, you never know what thing will go wrong next, so check the boards before you set off on Sat.

Not that I particularly believe this lawsuit rumour, but I'd assume that there's potential in the contract that 80% was sold with the agreement of certain investment, possibly in lieu of money to KL, in order to safeguard the value of her investment, i.e. the 20% that she's kept hold of. In theory it's the responsibility of the people who run the business to do the right thing by the investors.

If you think that Osvaldo's behaviour is comparable to Hitler's seizure of power, invasion of about seven European countries, support for Franco in Spain, eugenics, violent persecution of jews, homosexuals and others, along with anything else that springs to mind then yes, the principle is the same. But that would make you a complete idiot.
