This book did the trick for me and my wife a year ago after we had both smoked for 20 years. Don't be scared! It doesn't tell you horrible things about your body, it just educates you as the previous posters have said. My doctor said well done when i saw him recently and told him i'd given up. When he asked how, I was stunned when he didn't know about this book. I told him I'd been to Quitters (NHS help/patches) twice and they didn't know what they were on about. Very surprised that NHS don't give this book out to people who want to quit. Cost us £4.99 + postage and packaging lol.

Our support was poor tonight. Didn't get on the ref enough and let the lino at the Chapel/Kingsland end get away with murder 1st half. Too much apathy. I had people all round me shouting at Kelvin from the start about his short goal kicks when he's clearly under instruction from the management to use this tactic. At least these people say something tho I suppose as most of the others round me just sit...and sit...and say nothing...That's the Chapel for you! Embarrassing.

Don't worry everyone, our dinlows will be out in force when they come back to our place, shouting obscenities from the side of the pitch as if the 40 grand a week superstars give a flying one at our fans pantomine antics... Our whole ground will sing though and when it gets going it's good, so don't make out them ***ts down the road are better fans than us. Many many yrs ago my Grandfather told Saints of a young scottish prospect he heard when on holiday "back home" called Ray Stewart. Lawrie wrote back saying get him here and we'll give him a trial but he wasn't in a position to do that. Ray went on to play 345 times for West Ham.
