cant register as i need customer number, oh well looks like we wont be going

All i need is someones name and postcode thats what i was told when i phoned ticket office as long as they are on database then i can purchase tickets

why do they make it so hard to get tickets, my 2 sons keep pestering me but cant get tickets because im not season ticket holder and my names not on database. what a f...ing pain and i bet their will be tons of seats empty. BASTARDS
