we had over 3000 there last season, so i dare say we'd get somewhere in that region again.....(am crossing ALL my fingers!)
-
(not to split hairs) but the shop was Hollister, not John Lewis......

what i've never got me head 'round was that fact that when these dinosaurs lived (millions of years ago) it would've probabaly taken them at least 20-30 years or so to reach adulthood, yet there they are ,fully-grown (in presumably the space of only a couple of years!).....
-
funny, coz the phrase "sort of outside" basically implies not ACTUALLY outside. Presumably an "uncovered area" behind the stands, similar to Selhurst Park or The Valley..........so, NOT outside then,so the smoking ban applies.......
-
yeh, fancy enforcing the LAW ,eh!..some stewards can be SOOOO dictatorial, can't they!!...tsk!.....
-
have my fingers crossed that friends and families of TSW members are all safe .....x

thinking about it also, if they are looking at EVERY aspect of discrimination, then surely the area that you live in will have to be ignored also (surely you cant discriminate against someone purely because of where they live ,crime rates etc)....(good news for me! LOL) And Saint Francis, you say about ANYTHING being used as a stick to beat you with by insurance companies.......a couple of years ago i was charged £20 extra by an insurer purely because i was "seperated" ,rather than "married"......how effing ridiculous!!!!..(cor, STILL makes me mad, that does!!) LOL

http://biztech.caledonianmercury.com/2011/02/15/women-drivers-to-be-hit-by-eu-insurance-ruling/ I have personally never used a "women only" insurance company for my car insurance, but IMO groups that are statistically less likely to claim SHOULD be entitled to a discount. If this law gets passed (as is highly likely), companies like Sheila's Wheels and Saga may well struggle to stay afloat (more job losses, just what we need,eh!!) as this law covers ALLSORTS of discrimination, so companies who only deal with drivers over a certain age aswell as those who deal with only women would come under the same restrictions i'd have thought. There are ,obviously, plus sides to this law too, but what are your views on it (and what do you think about the EU dictating our laws AGAIN)........ (Please remember that this is The Lounge).....

A few spots and pee'ing blood - medical advice?
saint boggy replied to hamster's topic in The Lounge
my brother had Hepatitis many years ago (the non life threatening one).red spots was a symptom of that...if he's peed blood it could be a urinary infection or perhaps a liver problem....either way a trip to the docs is ESSENTIAL and tell him to take a "sample" with him, just in case the doc can do a "dip test" there and then... -
it is true,sadly.......

WOW!!!.stylish AND practical......... btw, anyone who spends £200 on a pair of shoes is a f**king idiot.......
-
it was probably the violent behaviour that got him the 3 year ban,not the alcohol in the stands tbf....

Another 'help me' thread. This time about domestic Gas Boilers
saint boggy replied to Colinjb's topic in The Lounge
Just to back-up that advice; I have a Worcester combi boiler which is now approx 12 years old. I have it safety checked every year as part of my Homecare service and every year the Engineer tells me that it is WELL above the efficiency standard required (as in it hasn't degraded or become less efficient over time) and they all say that they are one of the most reliable ...HTH in your choice. -

reading back on the thread BTF it appears you are correct. I was tipsy when i started on this thread , so obviously wasn't looking properly ,D'OH! It would seem though that the word 'it' is the exception to the rule of possesive use of the apostrophe, though, just in case anyone is remotely interested anymore!
