the American government are planning to announce a national holiday in celebration of the death of Osama Bin Laden.I can picture it now.....everyone singing "we're all goin' on Osama Holiday".....
-
Elton John is to record a tribute song to Bin Laden.......it's called 'Sandals in the Bin'..... i also have another one but it would 'cross the line' of racial discrimination.........

It's a "laugh" that makes certain sections of our fanbase look like the spiteful, childish, bitter neanderthal idiots that they are. I was happy enough with getting promoted* that I didn't feel the need to gloat at Plymouth about getting relegated, or being skint, I didn't want to sing utterly cringeworthy songs about our chairman, who I think has made a few dubious decisions, and I was amused at Connolly conducting the fans to sing what he wanted. And as for that pathetic rendition of "we do what we want", yeah, well done, now you look like 3rd rate Man Utd wannabes - ultra lower league and basically the empty song of an ignored kid that's desperate for any kind of attention - which pretty much sums up most of the mongs singing it. I also didn't want to run on the pitch for no apparent reason other than "you're not supposed to", and I was absolutely delighted that the policing allowed those of us who just wanted to enjoy it and see the players' celebrations the time to do that, without a bunch of mongtards swarming the pitch and forcing the players down the tunnel. We were hanging around in the car park celebrating for ages afterwards too, the policing wouldn't have allowed for that if it had all kicked off. Still, despite all that, and spending the last 25 minutes getting shoved up and down the seats thanks to some particularly thick-looking people desperate to stand in the aisles having all piled to the front (again for no particular reason other than not knowing how to behave), I had a bloody great time singing my guts out and generally celebrating the arse out of the day. THIS ^^........

they are opening blocks 1 and 2 for the Walsall game???....ok, not "earth-shattering" news, but i don't wanna get my hopes up too high....
-
no, they are having a go at us because some of our fans are c**ts..........and one of our fans decided to gob all over someone's car.....ya can't blame them for thinking we're ALL c**ts,can you.....
-
It's funny you should say that!..I've sung that song many times over the years and it was only today that i realised just how "'ampshire ish" it sounds!!
-
^^^^^^ this is what p1sses me off about some of the total c88ts that 'follow' our team!......pr1cks who have no sense of where to draw the line between banter and antagonism. If you can't handle ya beer, then don't f**king drink it.!! I am sick to death of reading how "arrogant and disrespectful saints fans are" and of how much everyone thinks we're "total scum"!!........well, I am NOT scum, and I am NOT arrogant, and the vast majority of Saints fans aren't either!...but the mindless (and i use that term in its full meaning!) minority have had us all tarred with their brush and i am f**king sick of it!... show some f**king respect to others when you're in their city, grow the f**k up or simply f**k off !!!!!you are not wanted here anymore, not by me and not by the MAJORITY of Saints fans.... i love Southampton the club AND the city, and you are tarnishing that name...
-
it's called having empathy for others and displaying grace in victory .Some Saints fans could do with Googling those terms .... apart from that, what a f**king EXCELLENT day!!!!!....
-
i spoke to a few Plymouth fans in the pub before the game and they were all thoroughly decent people who love their club and are devastated by what has happened at boardroom level (any of this sounding familiar?).... tbf i thought that the song was in very bad taste....there,but for the grace go God, go us (again!)....
-
yeh i saw that too......he got floored and was surrounded by LOADS of Plymouth fans.....i can't imagine any of them were asking him for the time......hope the guy is ok.....
-
well............. maybe a little .........perhaps in a bi-curious kinda way!...........
-
"f***ing Brighton,useless f***ing c***s!!!!!!"........ probably....

ok, just to balance the argument a little....... I am a hetrosexual female and yet even I thought Pippa looked stunning yesterday. I watched her slink down the aisle and thought, wow she has got a fantastic backside (not in a gay way, but in a "f**K me ,i wish MY arse looked like that!" way) .The dress was very unforgiving ,so any little out-of-place bump would've been noticed. It may be a little crass to talk about her in quite such a derogatory way,as some have on this thread, but lets face it, men only talk like that about women they have absolutley NO chance of getting near to. ....and tbf BTF women are just as bad when you get them together .......

i know what you mean but i suppose you could always look at it from the viewpoint that the 1st day in the Championship is the NEXT stage of the 5 year plan... -
yes, a pitch invasion is against the law (even a good natured one), but FFS it's the last day of a very successful season!...go on there for 5 minutes, jump around, kiss people you've never met before and will never be likely to meet again , get ya face on the telly and then go back to your seats....no harm done.So long as no-one tries ripping up the pitch/any other piece of property, then go for it. As someone else said ,the last-day pitch invasion was tradition at the Dell, especially when there was something to celebrate (normally a last-day relegation escape!).. BUT having said all of that, any c**t that goes on the pitch at Plymouth deserves the full weight of the law thrown at them.It would be tasteless and completely disrespectful to them. Show some class boys, do your club proud by STAYING in the stands and showing some humility towards the Plymouth faithful. Besides, get caught on the pitch at Plymouth and you certainly WON'T be at SMS for the Walsall game.....

ok, i could be wrong here, but does the OP think that a "big walk-up" means "all the fans walking to the stadium together"??

nice idea, but the road in question isnt actually the road that any of us park on....the front of our houses face a copsed area with a 30ft drop leading down to 'the' road. No of us can actually see the road due to the density of the trees,so there is no way any of us would park our cars there (due to accessibility, none of us would be able to see our cars and the fact we all have off-road parking to the rear of our properties)There are no houses or paths along the road,so a zebra crossing is of no use to anyone,so would not be a consideration either. I think the ONLY viable option is to have the speed limit reduced on that section of road.. many thanks for your ideas though guys n gals...x

thats what i figured.I remember reading in the Echo about a stretch of road out Marchwood way which was only looked at by the authorities following MORE than 1 death!.....it beggars belief, doesn't it!.talk about locking the stable door after the horse has bolted!....
