Thanks mate. I think it worth to add our social page http://vk.com/southamptonfc even though it's not a global but local Russian social network. We've got 790 members in that group.
35 years old. Moscow, Russia.
First home game - against Newcastle (won 2:1, MLT scored the winner) at the Dell, 1998
First away game - against Sheffield Wednesday (0:0) the same season.
I was told not to use it by a steward at Cardiff game. I tried to explain to a steward that it's harmless though he told me that it could provoke other fans to smoke real cigarettes that's why it's prohibited.
They had USSR citizenship though the first one was Belorussian by nationality and the second one was Ukranian. The only one Russian by citizenship (he's played for Russian national team and now lives and works in Russia) was Andrei Kanchelskis who played for us once as a substitute though he is actually Lithuanian by origin
I remember there's a team of saints supporters which play in some tournaments and some "firendly" matches against the skates. my friends who play for Spartak Moscow supporter's team come to England in November to play some friendlies with English supporters teams. I think it'd be nice to set up a friendly. Our club could get some publicity in Russia (I hate they write mostly about those enemies below after they've Russian owners)
Can somebody give me contacts of somebody related to our supporters team?
tnx a lot!
Been there, enjoyed so much. it's worth visiting from Russia. Thanks a lot ot a person who's given me a ticket. Such a games worth to be a Saints supporter!
