Watching the Oldham v Liverpool game yesterday reminded me of another pronunciation that makes me cringe which is the one of Sebastian Coates. Commentators love saying Ko-art-ez, when it's actually pronounced the way it's spelt because it's his Scottish dad's name.

If there's one club I'd like to see Adkins at, it would be Huddersfield. After going there in League One and the close promotion race, I've got a lot of time for the club and their fans.

No you don't. I look at Manchester City and see them as the Champions of England because that's what they are. Man City fans don't give a toss about how they won it and rightly so. We spent a lot of money to get out of League One and the Championship, didn't make it any less sweeter. Upset as I am about Adkins' sacking, if Pochettino takes this club to loftier positions then fantastic, that is what we want to see.

I don't give a damn what that fat mess Merson or fans of any other club really think of us. We did well being disliked in league One and the Championship, we'll do just fine in the Premier League.

I've barely said a word since, really can't believe it. It's not just a great manager we've sacked but a great man. His phrases of being together as one and working hard and his infectious enthusiasm made you proud to have him in charge of our club. Wherever he ends up next, it's going to be like seeing your ex with another man.

Well yeah that's because Portsmouth are our rivals, both clubs feel the same way about each other. Bournemouth on the other hand aren't, we like them and want them to do well.

At this point in our last PL season we had won just 2 games and would go on to win only another 4. Already we have 5 wins and 2 of them have been away from home.

Villa are a terrible side and they ought to go down. However, unlike us, they're one of those sides who can pull results out of the bag and do just enough to survive. We should be going for all 3 tomorrow.
