There was a great moment yesterday when Clasie beat Schneiderlin to a tackle as of to say look I'm your replacement and I can do it better than you. Would be nice to see him to well, his was one of the few moves I was pleased for.

I think Poortvliet did care, he was just extremely out of his depth. The cheapest of cheap options. He paid his own compensation to get the Saints job. I remember him sarcasticly applauding the referee for sending off Matt Paterson for nearly decapitating Nemanja Vidic in FA Cup.

Spurs fans are laughing at us and threads like these don't really help. I'm annoyed as much as the next man about Alderweireld going there and not staying with us but THEY ARE A BIGGER CLUB. They've played in the Champions League, we haven't. They've finished in the top 5/6 the last few seasons, we haven't. Getting wound up over OWTS, who bloody cares? As for on the pitch, our record against them since returning to the PL is terrible, P6, L5 D1.
