Argyle 3 ****e 1 Argyle score 2 in first 10 mins whilst our 275th new back 4 combination get used to eachother, score 3rd after 55 mins when we lose the ball and as usual get caught with 4 players upfield, we score after 70 mins, Lancashire sent off. Get yer money on.
-
5 out of that 11 are not good enough for the CCC. They are Lancashire, James, Gillett, Robertson and Smith. If, in any team sport, you have 5 out of 11 players who are not good enough, then you will lose.
-
If that's true then it's really sad that an experienced pro cannot speak out when things are obviously shiite.
-
Davis - £500k tops Surman £1m rising to £2m tops Lallana £2.5m rising to £3.5m if he plays 100 times for England
-
Can he play up front on his own ? Nope. We probably will sign him then.
-
Have we loaned in an experienced player since the revolution.... nope. There's your answer.

do we have the most financial restrictions..?
L1Minus10 replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
I have to say that it's possible that we would be worse. If we didn't have that extra man in midfield then the midfield wouldn't be as solid defensively as it is now. Also, if we didn't have that extra man in midfield then we might not create as many clear cut goalscoring chances as we do now. Maybe when you're in trouble you need to go back to basics which of course is 4-2-1-2-1 -

7. And it doesn;t work in this league with the players we have. 8. And we will get relagated if JP and the system are still here at the end of the season -
I feel that lallana is a one man embodiment of our whole team. Good in patches, lots of skill but ultimately plays with no discipline and produces very little in terms of being effective. In short - Flatters to deceive. However... my front 6 is.... ------------Euell-----Pekhart Surman----Wotton---Schneiderlin----Lallana Cork and Rudi are the full backs. I have chose Pekhart because he has not completely convinced me he is shiite as yet whereas BWP, DMG and Robertson have all managed this. In Schneiderlin's likely absence i would pick Lloyd James in his correct position.

What is it with our medical staff. We did exactly the same with Ostlund last season. hamstring injury, bring him back too early, goes again, bring him back too early, goes again. Surely the ****ing medical staff can read a scan and know if the injury is likely to re-occur or not. If he only lasts half an hour then it ****ing obviously was nowhere near right.

Top 5 best and worst player to play for saints in CCC
L1Minus10 replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
Hammill flattered to deceive but was almost exclusively played on the wrong wing by Whisky George. BWP has had 2 and a half years of being in the main, abysmal with poor attitude and on £8k a week allegedly so he is worthy of his place I feel. -
Top 5 best and worst player to play for saints in CCC
L1Minus10 replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
Best Kenwyne Jones, Chris Baird, Theo Walcott, Gareth Bale, Marek Saganowski Worst Jermaine Wright, Bradley Wright-Phillips, Nathan Dyer, Oliver Lancashire, Kelvin Davis (until this year) -
To be fair.... they have sorted this out now by recalling the incorrectly sold tickets. We now have our season ticket seats for the game. It has however taken about 8 phone calls and giving out credit card details 5 times. Like has been said on here...I think it's almost a certainty that some seats have been sold twice and there will be some frayed tempers and problems for stewards to sort out.
-
4-4-2 Euell Pekhart Surman Wotton Schneiderlin Lallana Skacel Perry Pearce Cork Davis Subs: McGoldrick, Bialkowski, James, Gasmi, Wright-Phillips However, we will play the ****y formation with the one forward and not have any shots again
-
If JP has any sense, the first names on the team sheet should be Davis, Perry, Skacel, Wotton, Euell. We simply have to play all our experienced players in this game or else we'll get pulverised.
-
Pekhart look better than Robertson. Robertson is just a poor fotballer.

I'm a ST holder still, have been since 1988 and along comes the Man Utd game. I ring up on Friday and get through, give the credit card details and it cuts me off. I get a call on Saturday and go through the whole process again, give the credit card, problem with the booking we'll ring you back. Saturday night they ring my dad (dunno why but it doesn;t really matter)... and he goes through the whole process again, gives his credit card details and gets the same as me, a problem with the order. He got a phone call this morning saying that the problem was that our seats have been sold to someone else. We got offered **** ones at the back of the Kingsland near a corner whereas our ST's are half way up on the half way line. SFC treats its season ticket holders like ****. Currently, we have ordered 3 times and still have no tickets. ******s.

The three main reasons we are not scoring enough goals.
L1Minus10 replied to derry's topic in The Saints
We haven't got a single striker who is capable of playing up front on his own. Attributes you need (in no particular order are) Ability to occupy two centre halves able to head it Able to hold it up decent first touch fairly quick be a goal threat all game be mobile to drag defenders about be a right pain in the ass to the defenders not get caught offside, not go out wide. The only player on the books who remotely ticks a majority of these is Saganowski and he's gone. None of the strikers we have can do many of the above and to be fair, there's not many who can. Drogba perhaps.... Les Ferdinand... Shearer. Formation to blame for me... failing to use what we have.... at present we are trying to cut something with a blunt instrument... if the point is blunt then it aint gonna happen. -
Saints Greatest XI - Nominations For Best RB.
L1Minus10 replied to St Landrew's topic in Golden Posts
Ivan Golac, Mick Mills, Steve Mills If Dodd had left us at 27 then he'd have been in there but he got too slow. had some good games at centre back but as a right back he was shot. -
B O L L O C K S !!!! I heard them play 'Chelsea Dagger' by the Fratellis today. they're playing at the Guildhall on tuesday so I'll see if Rupes is giving it the large one in the mosh pit.

Until Lowe explains the period between Strachan leaving (Feb 04) and him getting ousted (May 06) and who was to blame for what happened there (which resulted in our revenues approximately halving) then I cannot take any of his 'blame' statements seriously. Shut the **** up you tool. Also, I'd like to know what the other board members like Askham thought of Lowe's performance over that period of time.
-
He scored and played well for twenty minutes. For the rest of the game he was gash,
-
If never ceases to amaze me that Lowe can quite happily look back and blame the previous board and not expect people to look back further and look at his first tenure. We are where we are - shut the **** up about the past. The only thing the past is good for is learning from your mistakes which Lowe will never do as he will never acknowledge them.
