Lancashire, White and Thomas have all failed to make the grade. They are simply not up to league 1 standard. We should look to offload these ASAP. Remember when we were in the higher leagues we loaned young players to league 1 clubs and these boys cannot make it!!

I do mean the squad in the wider sense. I think we have about 14 or 15 OK players and and some of them are very good. The problem is depth in squad and the quality of the players on the bench but also the infrastructure.

I would support the manager even if we went down again because I have faith in his ability to build from the shambolic position we have been in.
