He's on trial at Zaragoza, he hasn't actually signed yet Once they see how shat he is, that will be back to L1 for him
-
I'm sure Eastbourne fans would never believe Forecast is playing for a NPC team in Switzerland tonight!

It's a great site MLG I noticed an earlier reference to Hereford, so I just had a look on there and there's 271 people viewing with a whole page of threads from today As a football fan, it's always heartwarming to see supporters being really passionate about their club, even if they're in L2 with no hope of ever reaching the PL
-
Totally agree SoB I think individual targets deserve their own thread, they just get lost in amongst the absolute drivel on the rumours thread

Adam Lallana - 2 years ago when we were in the Championship, I thought he was lightweight and totally overrated
-
That's not entirely true They lost Fabregas to Arsenal when he was 17 and they also initially lost Pique to Man Utd
-
I'd rather have Sabine

"worth a squirt" - celeb's daughters edition

20 year-old Emily McEnroe (daughter of John & Tatum O'Neal) I like her, she has a quirky look to her -
I remember reading a quote from somewhere, that Scott Sinclair's younger brother Jake was potentially a much better player Didn't realise we had him at Saints though!

Jason Puncheon Wants to move down the M27
Huntingdon replied to Secret Site Agent's topic in The Saints
He grew up in Croydon, and is apparantely a Palace fan I'm not sure he'll be happy anywhere until he goes there -
I lived in Ludlow for 3 years, so just over the border in Shropshire It's a beautiful part of the country, very rural with lots of quaint villages and Malvern Hills & Cotswolds not far away They can be a little insular, but not unpleasantly so, you'll be made welcome I'd recommend it

That's strange, I read a couple of weeks back that he'd left as Eastleigh Assistant Manager to take up a full-time post at Aldershot Let's hope our pies live up to his expectations
-
I'm interested to know what's happening with Alberto Seidi He's supposedly very highly rated, he's on our U21 profile, but it still says he's Portugal based This suggests he's not here training with the other lads. If he's not on loan somewhere, then where is he?

2011 Wimbledon Ball......... Sabine Lisicki again

Sabine Lisicki - great body & gorgeous smile

I'm surprised you didn't come back to gloat over IOW winning the football
-
I think the reality of Markus death is hitting home We are clearly not spending money as before, and in the NPC players want significantly higher wages I wouldn't be at all surprised, if in 12 months time we are under a different ownership

Biggest Flop Signing & Low Expectation That Came Good
Huntingdon replied to Gemmel's topic in The Saints
Biggest Flop - Kevin Phillips (especially after his brilliant goal at Leicester on his debut) Come Good - James Beattie ( First few times I saw him play, I thought he was the worst player I'd ever seen) -
Shame he hasn't taken Jan Poortvliet with him - he would definitely burst into tears when he saw Motherwell's ground

He wasn't that tall if I remember rightly - I watched him play against Villa's academy at Staplewood and their centre forward dwarfed him He may have grown, but was definitely under 6ft, not great distribution either

Championship fixtures released - Leeds at home first
Huntingdon replied to stevegrant's topic in The Saints
We have a perfect opportunity to settle the score with Pompey, 3 points against them at St Mary's with only 6 games left will send them nearer the trap door -

I have a gut feeling we'll be travelling to Yorkshire for our first game Leeds, Barnsley or Doncaster Away -
I suspect only West Ham could have tempted Nolan to the NPC He made his name under Allardyce at Bolton, and I'm assuming that was a major factor in dropping down a division

I've heard the arguments about Euthanasia is inhumane, but I watched my Grandad die from Cancer. He was a big bloke, 16st when he was diagnosed with Cancer of the Colon. He was told he had 6 months to live, but was dead within 6 weeks. I saw him the day before he died, and he was now skin & bones. He was drugged up to his eyeballs to numb the pain and was throwing up a horrible green bile. It was an undignified and painful end to a good life, so when people say it's inhumane to put humans to sleep, my question is - is it not more inhumane to make people suffer like that?
