What I love about NA, is that he wants to play expansive, exhilarating football, but realistically knows you can't do that every single week. I beleive anything is possible with NA in charge He's clearly a great coach, but he's also not an old fashioned English manager, he's an intellect who believes strongly in Sport Science and Psychology The players believe in themselves, they believe in the manager, and they believe in their teammates This has always been a key ingredient of his success.
