Perhaps his family have struggled to settle here Italy is much nearer Switzerland

I'd be disgusted if this game didn't sell out This is our chance to show the whole country what a cracking local derby we have. If the TV viewing public see empty seats, it would make a mockery of Saints v Pompey being a game worth talking about
-
When Lambert shapes up to take the free kick, he looks uncannily like Le Tiss Perhaps it's just me!
-
Tbh Steve, this is another reason why football is in such a huge financial mess! If the game had more transparency, it wouldn't operate with such cloak & dagger methods
-
OK I'll do it. How many sold for Ipswich

I don't remember that match, but I do remember an amazing game at The Dell from Bobby Robson's days as manager. We were 3-0 down at half-time and being thoroughly outclassed, followed by an incredible second half when we came back to win 4-3! Does anyone remember being at this match? -
Great win I know some fans hate him, but Lloyd James was excellent - a really important player for us
-
I like Claridge actually OK, so he's a skate, but I've always found his opinions to be fair. He never slags Saints off for the sake of it, in fact you'd never know he was a skate because he often speaks highly of us
-
I haven't been to Romsey in 20 years - I have 2 questions....... 1) My grandparents always called it Rumsey - what's the history behind that? 2) Is the old brewery that made 'Strong Country' still there?
-
Whilst I wouldn't want any supporters to go through what we went through last summer, part of me would love Liverpool to seriously hit the buffers
-
The Ward deals dead - But are we after another Coventry player?

I have a huge Hammers fan who works with me When AP was at West Ham he went to watch Eastwood play a number of times at Southend The deal never materialised, but Pards clearly sees a talent in Freddie Eastwood - I expect it's him -
The Semi-annual 'Would you want David Prutton back?' thread
Huntingdon replied to Arizona's topic in The Saints
David Prutton is in the top 10 of overrated players to have ever played for Saints -
I hope NC & ML and we fans give Pardew time He's a good manager, has a good eye for a player and will get us to the PL History should show Saints fans that we have achieved more as a club when we supported our manager
-
We could use Bon Jovi's 'You give love a bad name' Shot in the ass His ass is black Otsemobor Our right back
-
Bearing in mind people have trouble pronouncing his name, what about changing the words to the Ting Tings? They call him Hell They call him Stacey They call him him They call him Jane That's not his name Otsemobor Otsemobor Otsemobor
-
A selection of his Gillingham goals - make up your own mind how good he is
-
I obviously thank the day ML & NC arrived, but the more I hear of NC's behaviour, the more he sounds like a petulant dictator
-
The wages might have something to do with this I'm wondering whether NC wants to get Thomas & Saganowski off the books, and is a little concerned at the lack of interest So, when Exeter were happy to do a deal on the cheaper Seaborne, the deal for Ward was cancelled
-
Why are people disappointed? AP is trying to put a strong squad together & Seaborne is highly rated He's a better option than Lancashire, and can play left-back, so is probably better than Mills or Molyneaux too

Mirrors Keifer Sutherland starts as a security guard at a burnt out department store. However, he soon discovers the building is hiding dark secrets and the mirrors appear to be possessed I thought it was going to be crap, but was actually pretty watchable
-
I hate his running style He moves up & down the touchline, like a mentally challenged guy chasing after an ice-cream van
-
He's bound to be complimentary about O'Driscoll O'Driscoll had him for 6 years at Bournemouth, giving him his league debut. He then took Stock to Doncaster, and made him the club captain
-
I had to laugh at a comment on the Donny forum They reckon the swap with Gillett and Stock is being held up due to 9" of snow - Simon Gillett is buried somewhere and it won't be concluded until it's thawed and he's been found
-
In all fairness Davies was a quality left winger at Yeovil and destroyed Forest in the play-offs. It's clear AP isn't convinced about Holmes, so there may be some mileage in this
-
Spending £1M on Jackson makes the Saganowski situation even stranger A striker with 30+ caps and goals for Poland should set this league alight I can only assume AP thinks he's crap, or his attutude / performance in training has been gash
-
True, but like Crystal Palace, Gillingham are in deep financial trouble £1M might see them through for a few more months
