Some lovely stuff by Saints.

Why are some members of this forum so mean spirited and aggressive towards others who give us some snippets of info? The main reason I visit this site is for information on Saints. I take it all in then wait to see if it's true. If it doesn't pan out a certain way I don't really feel the need to act like a d1ck to said posters. Surely most adults on here do the same?

I've never been a fan of the training gear in general, just the team playing kits. However, I'm pleasantly surprised at how they look - not as bad as I feared. Hopefully this bodes well for the kit.

I like the Admiral gear.

I'm more disappointed we haven't had as many mock ups on this thread like previous years or any real clues as to what it may look like. Someone must know something (and be willing to share rather than tease). I think we've known that it was likely to be own brand. I'm too fussed bout it. There are pros and cons but I like the idea that an own brand kit at least gives us more design freedom than a limited template choice but I do have some worries about the quality.

I hate teasing posts. The majority of us on this thread obviously want to know what the kit looks like. If you know, why not share with us?!

I like all of those Admiral kits.

I thought he was an non-executive Chairman (which is what they should be), meaning that he doesn't have a role in the day to day running of the club. Chairing board meetings, representing the company externally (when meeting new clients for example) and acting as a titular head very much like the Chairman of BA or Sainsbury's etc... He doesn't really need to muddy his hands or do much else. Does Sir Chips Keswick (Chairman) run Arsenal or does Ivan Gazidis (CEO)?

If Lovren hadn't requested a transfer (allegedly) I would have said him. Otherwise it should be Morgan.

Very happy with this appointment. Fair play to the club. Although, as an optimist, I was quietly confident it wouldn't be the disaster many predicted.

Renewed without hesitation. Mind you, that was when we had a manager and SRL was our talisman. Lol.

RK did say there would be transactions and that Saints were in control. He said he would like the manager to be in place before any sales and that there would be ins and outs. At present no player has been sold. We can hardly criticise a man on ifs and buts surely.

I'm beginning to feel something isn't quite right. Although, I just think it might be the bigger clubs taking advantage and being much better at getting things in the press. It's almost the perfect storm. If, and it's a big if, we sell four/five first team players, I'm confident we will get in some sound replacements. I tend to ignore the more dramatic/pessimistic members on here as many are probably very very happy being very miserable. I'm always slightly confused how some even class themselves as Saints fans.

I quite like RK. I think we all just need to get used to his way of communicating and perhaps remember that he is probably on a steep learning curve. He's no idiot. IMO we will get a continental coach rather than a British manager type. But what do I know?

I'm disappointed he has gone, doubly so that he has left for Spurs of all clubs. However, he did a good job for us while he was here and I am thankful for that. Watched some cracking football this season and enjoyed attending every home game. Much of this was down to our ex-manager and what he got out of our good squad. Without being privy to the inner workings of his new contract at Spurs or the negotiations within our boardroom I will reserve judgement on the reasons why he left and will give our board the benefit of the doubt. The appointment of our next manager will signify the abilities and vision of the board. So I will wait. As an eternal optimist I remain hopeful that the squad will remain largely intact which would make up for this disappointing departure. It is also much healthier to be optimistic.

Some Veho products in the megastore today. Stuff looks good. Quite happy with the sponsor tbh. Some people here though are, quite frankly, immature.

I don't know what all the negativity is about. Without knowing the finer details of the deal there's not a lot to say. Some people on here remind me of the two joeys who sit behind me - only happy when moaning about the club they support. Welcome aboard Veho.
