Sven was Gothenburg manager 1979-1982 . In '94 Sven was at Sampdoria (92-97).

The last time we played a team managed by SGE we were top of Div 1. Gothenburg were the visitors to The Dell back in 1982. I remember seeing SGE walking down the touchline. We drew 4-4 and amongst our goal scorers was a Dutch fella called La Ling . Apart from being the gimp in Carlito's Way , anybody on here know what happened to him ?.

As our colours don't clash , I reckon we'll play in red and white . Seem to remember previous games there in red n white. Don't know for sure mind.

Don't think so . Last season it says he made 40 league appearances . But I see he got 10 yellow and 1 Red card , so I suppose the games he missed he was suspended.

Just signed for Oxford Utd after being released from MK Dons. Thats a strange one. Not saying that we should necessarily have gone for him , but he impressed me when he played against us last season. Would have thought that he could /should of gone on to bigger and better things. Bet Oxford fans can't beleive their luck.

As the OP of this thread I cannot beleive how a simple request has been deliberately misinterpreted by so many. Just to clarify my thoughts , I have no problem paying for parking at St Marys. Would I have paid £1 if I had known the free waiting time had been reduced to 15 minutes , well yes I would. However , I would of appreciated some form of advance warning informing me that parking charges had been changed. The first I heard of it was some fella (also unawares of the new tarrif) coming over to the ticket machine in the Northam car park leaving his car at the barrier blocking (temporarily) everybody elses exit. There was NO new signage of the revised charges , merely the original 1/2 hour crudely scratched out and the new 1/4 overwritten on top of the Tarrif board on the Northam wall , next to the machine. All I am saying is that I would of appreciated the club making it clear beforehand. Everybody clear. Good. Now can somebody please answer my original question ?

Just been down to renew my season ticket and get clobbered for parking . When did the club reduce free parking from 30 minutes to only 15 minutes. I must have missed the anouncement.

I'd be very surprised if we would be willing to meet his wage demands. So its a non starter for me.

Both games moved to 1pm kick offs. Sounds a sensible decision to me.

Itailan , French , English ? Simple solution would be to get in Marco Pierre White . -
I think the difference in prices betwween these clubs reflects the different aspirations/expectations of the clubs next year. We have clearly stated our intention to get promoted to the Premier league at the earliest opportunity. Where as the other 2 clubs seem intent just to survive in the championship. If we , as fans share the same aspirations , then we are going to have to put our hands in our pockets.

Tottenham are holding a roadshow in Winchester on june 2nd and 3rd for kids aged 5 to 15.They are bringing coaches down to help youngsters improve their skills and fitness and scouts will be there to assess future talent. I thought we had pretty much sewn up all the local talent. But my point is , Should the North London Yobbos be encroaching on what is clearly our territory ?

Its all down to the rozzers. Brentford are expecting to receive a letter from the met police within the next few days with advice on policing and ticketing.

Agreed . First 40 minutes he played almost entirely in the Scotland half. Understandably he tired towards the end. But this tournament has bcome a bit of a joke . I believe thats 10 years straight we've either won it outright , or shared it with someone else. I think these kids need tougher opposition .

Almost certainly be a ballot . We will only get around 850 tickets.Last year we got a really silly number , something like 844 from memory.
