  1. But we've definitely beaten Brighton (Championship season) and played them more than 5 times (8, I think)
  2. Wonder if Q5 is someone like Bolton - can't remember us beating them at SMS
  3. Q8 will be Son and Lukaku, I reckon
  4. Every ground has that problem, tbf. Someone should put an FOI request into the Hampshire Constabulary, as they are required to know the exact number of people physically in the ground for games whereas the club can announce the number of tickets sold as the attendance (it's a common practice most clubs use). I remember a national paper did this for all the PL grounds one season and Arsenal averaged at least 5k below the attendances they were announcing on matchday.
  5. Blocks 42-44 also available now.
  6. Northam blocks 45 and 46 now available - I guess they must have sold the entire Itchen, which probably isn't that much of a surprise considering the tickets are free, there's no huge obligation on anybody to actually turn up...
  7. It\s definitely a caching issue either within your browser or your network (possibly via your router) - when the software update was run, there were some changes to some of the scripts that power the post editor, to the extent that using the previous version of the script would mean the editor doesn't work. There are a number of different things that can be tried to force the new version of the script to be used in your browser. Firstly, on a desktop browser (this is usually unavailable on mobile), open the Developer Tools window on any post on the forum (the problem might not show on pages where the editor isn't used) and do a "hard" refresh - usually Ctrl + F5 on Windows, Cmd + R on macOS. The Developer Tools console will probably show an error message in red, probably about a function not existing. Secondly, log out of your user account and delete ALL cookies and cache files connected to this site. Close your browser completely, re-open it and try accessing the site again. Thirdly, clear your DNS cache - https://constellix.com/news/how-to-flush-dns-cache-windows-mac Fourthly, reboot your router The files have a 14-day expiry on them in the cache, so your browser should request a new copy of it after 14 days.
  8. Obviously the joke is on you as I don't have a cat, but has the issue now been resolved for you, @Convict Colony and @OttawaSaint?
  9. Try clearing your cache and logging out and back in again - there was a software update recently that introduced a few minor changes in terms of the files that get loaded into each page view. Your browser may still be running on the old files. On your laptop you should just be able to do a hard reload (Ctrl + F5), on mobile you'll probably have to go into the browser settings to clear the cache.
  10. And of course with the ludicrous cancellation eligibility criteria the PL adopted for large parts of this season, if the same injury situation had happened this season we'd have been able to use a single Covid case to get games postponed and not expose the kids to a level they weren't yet ready for.
  11. And it's all over, Champions of the U18s PL South Just the small matter of Manchester City to get past for the national title...
  12. 3-0
  13. Two goals in two minutes midway through the second half, we're 2-0 up with 10 to play
  14. There is an option for those coming by train to change at Clapham Junction, get the Overground to West Brompton, District Line to Earl's Court, then the Richmond branch of the District Line back to either Gunnersbury or Kew Gardens - some decent pubs south of the river by Kew Green, the Botanist and Cricketers are pretty good and much bigger than most of the ones near the ground. Good luck to anyone trying to get a pint in the Express Tavern
  15. Oh FFS Train to Richmond and the 65 bus it is, then...
  16. We never travel well to Everton, really. Shit ground, shit away end, and we've got an appalling record there. Not much to like about it, really Surprised so many games made general sale if your recall is correct, but in general our away numbers have been considerably up post-Covid - absolutely no way we'd have sold out Leeds away in the past, for example.
  17. Especially when you look at the bottom of the Championship above - Coventry United will almost certainly be relegated as they are 5 points adrift with 2 games to play (having been deducted 10 points for the financial issues they had just before Christmas), but Watford above them have only won 2 games all season yet will stay up.
  18. Not aware of any issues at the corresponding game at Fratton Park earlier in the season, and the away fans were in the Fratton End with the great unwashed
  19. I believe the guy who maintained statto.com died quite suddenly, which is why it disappeared completely for a while - think someone paid the hosting fees to ensure the site was visible again, but it's not been updated since near the end of the 2016/17 season.
  20. I think our bowling attack stacks up well against anyone in county cricket, but as mentioned earlier the batting is still a bit of an unknown against a full-strength Div 1 bowling unit. Somerset were without a whole host of players for this game, including Overton and Leach, so while it was a very good performance to win in the way we did, it needs to be taken in context. This week against Surrey at the Oval will be a much tougher examination, I think, especially considering our appalling record there.
  21. Yeah, it seems as though the football units at various police forces maintain (or extend) their funding based on the number of convictions and FBOs handed out. My point was more that the police will automatically apply for a FBO if the magistrate is satisfied that the defendant is guilty of the offence charged - clearly they were not designed as a punishment but in reality that's what they're used for. It's quite hard to predict somebody is going to cause disorder in advance, especially someone not known to the authorities.
  22. We, as excellent shithousers in this league, were out-shithoused that afternoon. Wolves are eye-bleedingly bad to watch, but they are incredibly effective.
  23. Assuming they are dealt with by the police, then they would be up in front of a magistrate at some point in the not-too-distant future - it is covered by Section 4 of the Football (Offences) Act 1991. The police would almost certainly make a request for a Football Banning Order to be imposed as part of the punishment should the magistrate determine the offender was guilty of the charged offence. The FBO prevents the offender from attending football matches in the top 5 tiers of English football (and usually requires the offender to surrender their passport to their local police station whenever England or their club team play overseas), and while the order itself is a civil order, breaching it is an automatic criminal offence.
  24. From what I remember of conversations, I have a suspicion @Dan Sheldon, The Athletic fed him that snippet and then used it on the US coverage of our games as if he'd spotted it himself.
