  1. Sturridge will score. And then he will dance. And then we will be bottom. I am sick of Pellegrino. What was Les thinking? Exactly the same approach as Puel but worse at ir. **** off you Goon.
  2. The side was set up to control the game and largely succeeded. Sadly there are no points on offer for the team that has possession for longest. Sack the Goon.
  3. You missed the Leicester game then?
  4. We need to score at the moment, so works for me.
  5. Sam Gallagher will be great for us one day. Maybe when he turns 30 and has 'enough experience' and has got his first 300 league goals in the bag.
  6. Hopeful, but not expecting much. Seems a lot of money for a punt by Pellegrino. Let's get some support around him.
  7. Would be a good one for our second string team to win.
  8. Caution is overrated. Sack Pellegrino and tear a strip off the ball recyclers.
  9. We're not signing anyone are we. Thoroughly miserable experience being a Saints fan at the moment.
  10. A much improved performance and a narrow defeat. Press Conference talk about steady improvement.
  11. We have a Front man, not front men. Therein lies part of the problem. The stubborn ***** wont play 2 up front.
  12. The cautious approach is sending us headlong into the Championship. Something has to change. Whatever happened to 2 up front attacking football. Rickie Lambert, Billy Sharp. It just ****ing works.
  13. Improved performance, narrow defeat. Lukaku played back into form. Delusion levels raised enough to cause defeat to Palace in the next one.
  14. Match of the day analysis was damning. We are a side of jogging ball recyclers. Embarrassing.
  15. Never a bad thing removing a serial relegation specialist
  16. Did you go to the Leicester game? I no longer think there are any sides definitely worse than us. We are a ****ing terrible football team.
  17. An improved performance and narrow defeat was as inevitable as the sun rising after that Leicester game. If we had won Wednesday this result wouldn't have been an issue. It is now. Huge pressure on the team now.
  18. Happy enough with the result. Disappointed with the manner in which we conceded the first. Davis has two options - 25 yard pass forwards to a player in space, or 25 yards backwards to Romeu who is always going to be pressed. Was never even in doubt. The inculcated negativity kicked in and it was 25 yard coward pass back to Romeu in the direction he was facing, never even looked like passing it forwards. Cost us a goal.
  19. Should be a good confidence lifter, that performance. With the Sterling goal, and the lateness of it, it wouldn't have been the last minute, unless they scored, so let's just get used to it. The game would have gone on a few minutes more to give them a few more chances I am sure. No logic or accountability with added time, the refs just make it up as they go along, then add as much to that as they feel like. Always have. Roger Milford springs to mind.
  20. 2 games is a bit knee jerk. The preceding 3 months haven't been. Progress, but needs to be sustained.
  21. How can it be so hard to score a goal? Everyone that plays us seems to find it fairly easy? Surely something has to change this Sunday?
  22. Two years in a row players with Saints links in the Camp. Is it too late to send Tadic over?
  23. 11 men behind the ball at all times - even when we have it. Go for the 0-0 but Forster to concede with their only shot on target scuffed home by Niasse from 25 yards. Southamptonnil 0 v 1 Everton
  24. If there is a meeting tomorrow then Pellegrino should have to take Black and Watson into the Boardroom as well. Hopefully there will be a triple firing. It's overdue.
  25. If Pellegrino is still here on Sunday it will be Tadic and Redmond first names on the teamsheet with our Italian International Striker either upfront on his own, or on the bench. You know it.
